Queens Burgers - Tujunga — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is probably the 7th time I've gotten my order wrong from this establishment. I stopped going here because they always get my order wrong. Well my girlfriend still likes it so she just ordered it for dinner, guess what my order came wrong again. Everytime we call back they act is if they are in the right. She said she didn't charge us for bacon, but she did. She repeated the order over the phone back to us, she just didn't want to be wrong again. I would avoid this place if you have and special orders that you want made. They love putting thousand island all over everything, and they love not giving you the items you have to pay extra for. A total rip off of a place. You have lost my business unless the owner reaches out to me.

Edit/update. Gf called to order was on hold for 29 minutes, till they picked up again and instantly hung up before saying anything. After 5 minutes was just curious how long it would take them to realize they weren't getting calls and I was keeping the line on hold. Apparently it takes them a half a hour to...

Went in for lunch to get some food upon ordering food with the gal that looked like she hated her job and was forced to work at her own will. I asked if my order some with any sauces, which usually at places they will give you one with your meal and any extras you pay for which is fine with me she says no sorry none come with your order. Okay that’s fine give me a few on the side she charges 50c a piece I get home look at the sauces she gave its literally the amount of 3 ketchup packets.

The fries was under cooked even tho I had asked for well done for the chili cheese fries.

I just had the absolute worst burrito of my life. Their breakfast foods and burgers are ok, but you can go anywhere else on foothill to find better food. Let me tell you about this abhorrent lie of a burrito and why I’m never going back. I had asked for ground beef? Did I receive? No. It was just chunks of hamburger patty.
