Panda Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Hi to who it may concern Today on 9/12/2021at 8:43 I walked in panda located sunland/ Tajunga LA . I waited in line like everybody else with my understanding I’m still gonna buy couple of plates of food. I waited in line patiently the person in front of me went to order his food he asked for a few things they did not have it ready the person told him we are closing soon so we don’t have that right now by this time it was already 8:57 I asked the gentleman why didn’t you mention something instead of me just standing in line for 15 minutes he didn’t knowledge me just ignore me. I asked him if he knew there was gonna be any more foods why didn’t you announce some thing I just waste of time man. By this time I wasn’t gonna say anything but the way I got ignore really frustrate the reason why I had my wife in the car and kids. So I was persistent to go talk to somebody I talk to a young lady named Karen which was really rude as well I asked her why didn’t you guys announce instead of me just standing in line for 15 minutes that you weren’t going to make any more food She said what you want me to do things happen we don’t have food. Worst Panda I have ever eaten at. I would rate lower but can't. Went an hour and a half before they closed. They stopped making food. The lady behind the counter stated, they made orders when people ordered them. It took me almost an hour to get food. At least 8 people and a door dash driver were all waiting. The trouble was they served food that was already made to get rid of it, while you had to wait for the rest of the order. The already made food got cold. She yelled at the cooks in front of the customers. She would order 1 serving of an item, then split it in two orders. Everyone else were busting their tails off and she treated her staff poorly. Terrible way to manage her crew. They probably have a high employee turnover rate. I would not go there again, especially if I saw her working. The orange chicken and chow main tasted burnt, but we were starving by the time we got home with the food. I understand they were probably trying to save $, but it's like $10 a plate, should have been managed better. More people kept coming in, so they probably could have sold what they made. Total...
