Salon Oh! — Local services in Los Angeles

Maria was 30mins late and did the worst Brazilian Blowout. The condition of my hair right now is not worth the $200 I spent. The next day, I went back because I couldn’t see any improvement on my hair (from before the treatment). I was expecting to either get a refund or have my hair redone. The owner retouched my hair after a very long argument WITH INSULTS (that my hair was already damaged). I was humiliated at the salon which caused me to break down in tears. The owner, Maria’s sister literally insulted my hair saying it is already damaged. My point is, if they knew that my hair was already damaged and that the Brazilian blowout won’t work (no changes) on my hair, then they should have been honest so I could have spent my $200 with a more credible salon! This salon is a waste of TIME, MONEY and BAD FEELINGS. I would never recommend this...
