Mi Casita — Restaurant in Los Angeles

As much as I wanted to keep it 5 stars, I'm really sad that I have to rate it like this. Don't get me wrong. The food is amazing! This michelada was delicious. But this last experience was just not what I expected. Our waiter which I honestly don't know his name, either was not in the mood or this is just his mood towards certain people. Do I want to be spoiled while I'm having dinner at a restaurant? Yeah sorta but we as in my husband, my child, and I we're being ignored while the customers behind and it front of us were catered as in asking if anything was ok, did they needed refills on their drinks. We literally had to be asking him for refills and the attitude was rude to be honest. Will I go back? Probably not at this point because I just don't want to be feeling ignored while I'm pretty much the same type of customer as any of their regular customers that usually go there on a...

Visited here. Been in several times but today my chicken salad had burnt chicken. I sent it back, 5 minutes later the same salad came back and I was told it was a fresh one. I didn’t eat the chicken. I will not ask to go back again. It was the treatment as though I wasn’t smart enough to know that it was the same salad and chicken. Burnt meat is not good.

First time ordering food from this business... and the last. I ordered a Nachos plate and a flautas plate. We shared the nachos and they were good, on the other hand the flautas were dripping oil. I wrapped a couple of pieces in paper towels to try and soak up the oil. There were about 3 tablespoons of oil on the aluminum tray where they had placed them. The guacamole was turning brown already, a sign of aging. I was hungry enough to give the flautas a try but ended up tossing them.
