Located in a strip mall on the north side of Foothill, next to Subway. I’ve never had trouble finding parking here. Great neighborhood restaurant. I still remember when they first opened. I can’t believe I hadn’t already left them a review until now. The food has never disappointed me. The taste, portion sizes, etc are all satisfying. It’s not a huge restaurant, it’s more intimate. They do have a sushi bar if you prefer.

Usually caterpillar roll comes loaded with eel inside...this one barely had any. Hawaii roll had little amounts of tune slices as well. For the price we paid it was totally not worth it. Tasty, but it really was just rice roll with rice inside and infinitesimal amounts of eel/tuna.

My first time in this place and I fell in love with the ambience.Clean and good customer service.AND if you love Japanese food go and try their ,"Chef's Specialty".Salmon wrap is super good and delicious. Good nutrition is here..Absolutely I will come back.

I grew up in the Sunland-Tujunga area. There was never a lot in terms of fine dining, just a lot of sub-par hole in the wall places and fast food chains. Imagine my surprise when I saw a sushi spot open up. I was even more surprised when I found out this place serves great food!

So I knocked off a star for slow (yet friendly) service. But my staple roll (which I use as sort a a sushi benchmark), the BSCR, was amongst the best I've had anywhere. Scallops were cooked perfectly and everything tasted fresh. Spicy Ahi Tartar was one of the greatest appetizers I've had in all my years of getting appetizers. I went to this spot 2 weeks in a row, sampled all sorts of items and liked every single one.

1-11-17 I had not been here in a long time . the last time was not the best experience . but i decided to give them a shot again because everyone can have a bad day .. the bast part of the meal was my beer while waiting for my food . the check came to $73 dollars if i could get my money back minus the beer i would.. i ate half a roll out of all that food.. sad so close and easy to get to but the sushi just doesn't do it for me .. bummer to have a sushi joint so close that is over priced and not even what i consider to be decent sushi . go further up the road and you will find at least sushi better them this place .worst spent $73 dollars ever....

This place is horrible! They got my order wrong three times and when I called the third time a older man told me to just eat what he gave me even though the person eating had a food allergy and that was explained from the initial order! The older man then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and I would never be able to order from another Japanese restaurant in the valley again! Horrible horrible horrible! Do not order from here! In addition the add a 5 percent surcharge on take out orders! Who does that and has horrible customer service, and can’t get an order right! There are hundreds of Japanese restaurants in the valley! Steer clear...
