Panda Wok — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Only writting this review from a recent purchase today based on their customer service. I haven't had a problem with Panda Wok in the past i have been coming here for years. But today I went in and ordered a hot and sour soup, and had made sure 3x times with the server verbally of the soup I wanted plus another item. However, once opening my bag, I noticed the soup was Wonton. I had called and went in person because I was given 2 different answers. 1st answer: we don't carry it anymore and was taken off the menu, 2nd answer: bring in the old one and we will replace it with the correct one. I arrived and was told "it was not their problem, I got the wrong soup." I kindly ask for a refund and was refused. So I will dispute it with my credit card company. Not sure if they have a new manager or not, but unfortunately I won't be buying food from them anymore. Just a FYI for anyone else , check your purchases twice before you leave...

Horrible service. The owner has a bad attitude.The menu states $7.50 for a combo B but at check out for 2 my total was $22.75. I caught the cashier/owner trying to be sneaky and charge me $0.50 for every soy sauce, chili paste and orange sauce she put in the bag when I didn't even ask for it. Ridiculously she charged me another $0.50 for the napkins, forks and spoons that are included and an additional $0.75 for using a debit card to pay. The bbq chicken, bbq pork and teriyaki were all hard and tasted bad, as if the meat was days old. I wont be returning here . The prices have gone up but the servings have gotten smaller and the quality of the food has gone drastically down. As a loyal customer for years I am sad to say this place in no longer a place I would recommend to friends or family. I will be contacting The Department of Public Health to investigate before someone gets ill from the horrible food...

The food was fresh I must have came at the right time a lot of people do come in there so the food is always moving nice ladies nice people the servers they give you so much food I mean so much food even though pricey it's about $10 but she gives you in that styrofoam is enough for two people so don't complain I like Chinese food and and their food is excellent there nothing sits there for hours and hours and you so you don't get the soggy broccoli and the orange chicken you know crust is harder than the baseball other than that the place is excellent very well clean very happy people to serve you fast moving you don't have to wait and the food is excellent...
