I stopped by this shop yesterday after eating lunch at a small place next door. I wanted to get a dessert treat for my friend mom so I knew this would be the best choice. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all and I was trying to look at their menu but they didn't really have one that I saw. So I asked my wife what is a popular dessert dish and she said bionico so I told the lady working that I would like that with everything. She confirmed with me if I wanted the toppings like granola and etc on it as well and I asked if I could get it on the side. She accommodated me with my request and then asked if I also wanted condensed milk which I decline. I was going to pay with my credit card until I saw that they charge a 4 percent fee so luckily I had cash on me. The lady working was very nice and double bagged the bionico so it can help protect it if it leaks. My friend family really like the bionico especially since they were able to add whatever toppings they wanted to it.

Been to a couple Ice Cream Parlors but there's nothing compared to this one! Most ice cream parlors don't have elotes but they have them here! They have amazing treats and customer service is on point! I ordered elotes, mangonada, and tostiloco! As you can tell I don't have sweet tooth lol If you're ever craving some sweets, you definitely have to checkout this place in Sylmar!

Wow, I am extremely glad this place opened up. The staff if friendly, the inside of this place is very nice and of course, the selection of ice cream and snacks is absolutely amazing. I purchased a few things the day of their soft opening.

1st: Paleta of strawberry filled with condensed milk... oh boy is that thing a guilty pleasure of mine.

2nd: I tried the cucumber paleta (gosh how refreshing!)

3rd: I tried the bubble gum flavored paleta (wow, it was delicious and didn't make my whole mouth turn blue. Not overly sweet as I expected)

4th: lemon flavored paleta (it was a perfect combination of sweet and sour)

5th: Mangoniada (not many know what this is, but if you like mango combined with chili I recommend!)

Prices are great here as well, considering thr popsicles and icecream are all freshly made! The popsicles are $2 and the Mangoniada cost me $6. Do not regret any penny. I will surely be going back to try whatever I can get my hands-on next.
