Monster Burger No. 2 — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Well I had high expectations from this place pass by it several times over the last few years always seems like a decent crowd so when I get there today I wanted something simple two ground beef tacos. So I placed my order specifically with you around me tacos about five or six minutes later the lady calls me to the window I then ask for a medium Coke for $3 grab my food in my drink and walk away Drive about 2 miles to get where I needed to be to discover that my ground beef tacos were pastrami not even close to what I asked for I'm not a big pastrami fan from these cheap hole in the wall hamburger places where it's more fat than meat not with the best taste how do you mess up something so simple that's...

The food is good, great prices. But there's something to be said about customer service at the small chained restaurants today. The LADY (for lack of better words) that works in the morning 🌄 to afternoon hours has THE most under developed intellect, respect, & customer service skills I've ever seen in a fast food worker, in life. Just blatant ignorance. So... if you want good service & to be actually treated like a person. Try going in the evening the guy there has the most professionalism. Other than that. I take my hard earned money elsewhere...

This place is pretty getto, and the service is slow. I didn't even get my drink while I was waiting. And there are no chairs or table to eat and enjoy your meal. Hopefully the food is good. I like the name though. I would suggest you go somewhere else if you are in a rush. The monster pizza supreme and the monster Hawaiian pizza was superbly delicious, but the tostada bowl had way too much going on. It was just weird, it was a cross between a tostada bowl and a salad.
