Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Round table failed... we arrived at 10:05 on Saturday night made our order and then 20 minutes later were told that they were closed at 10:30and that we couldn't have any plates (other than 3 small paper plates) and they let us know we were not wanted at their restaurant. We decided to eat at a table when the food finally arrived because my granddaughter was hungry, later she needed to use the bathroom (badly) and were informed that store policy did not allow anyone to use the facilities and when informed that the 9 year old couldn't "hold it" we were informed that it's not their problem and then the "Manager" walked away....if this is the way they treat customers then you don't need our business any longer. We were then offered 50% off of our bill for the "inconvenience". We were also instructed to "find somewhere else for my granddaughter to relieve herself".... really!!? Everything around the area was closed. So instead she relieved herself on the sidewalk like a dog. I will make sure to never go to this...

This place has gone down hill ever since this manager “Steve” took over. Before him customer service was great. If I had any problem with my order it was always handled great. I’ve had minor issues with my orders but “Steve” the manager couldn’t care less. His answer is always “there’s nothing I can do about it”. How is that possible if you’re the manager? He’s obviously not very bright and has zero customer service skills. He has no idea how to handle customers which is very sad if your in the restaurant business. I’m a small business owner and always do what I can to make my customers happy especially long time customers like myself but “Steve” just doesn’t care therefore I will no longer purchase my pizza from Round Table Pizza the price is not worth dealing with someone who doesn’t know what customer service is and how to keep your...

Round Table Pizza Chatsworth location. Ordered several times over the last year. Like the varying size pizza options. I have loved the gourmet veggie pizza for 20 years but only recently moved near this location and rediscovered my love for this pizza. It’s a cheesy pizza place so if you like light cheese as I do you really must extra communicate you want light cheese. Pizza is consistently good with fresh chopped veggies & very generous toppings. If your a meat eater the Gourmet Veggie Pizza tastes so so good with with classic pepperonis on top. Do like different pie options like thin crust. These pizzas are rich and delicious more classic style, not a place for “healthy” “vegan”fad pizza. This is serious pizza business. Still a fan after all...
