Western Bagel — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I shop at Western Bagel quite often at different locations for my job and meeting.....I called this location to place an order for pickup in the early morning to make is easy so things can be ready...I confirmed the price and asked about the amount of cream cheese for my order....I was told that it comes with two (2) big tubs and I asked if I can take two (2) small ones with different flavors and I was told yes. I arrived in the morning to pick up my order and I asked for the cream cheese and I was surprised to hear that there is additional charge for that furthermore the price I was given over the phone is a "week day" price and the girl that took my order made a mistake....after a few minutes of going back and forth with the guy at the counter the girl that took my call and placed the order came out and said "I took your order I made a mistake and there is nothing I can do about it" and she processed out of the store and walked in to the Starbucks next door as if I don't care what happens.....I ended up paying a lot more than I was told and I had to pay additional for the cream cheese....the staff did not care at all about customer service.....never again will I go in...

Food is absolutely amazing, what completely ruins the experience is the attitude from the staff and the atmosphere. Tables were dirty, no napkins in the containers. Most of the kids behind the counter were alright and making a valiant effort to serve customers. The African American kid with a Libra sign tattoo on the back of his neck is brass, rude, has zero manners, zero customer service and needs to redo his training or straight up get fired and go work at a morgue if talking to people is not his forte. I witnessed him rudely tell a customer screaming “13! You get 12 bagels!! What else?” Then someone else’s turn came up and he says to the customer with a tone: “what do you want?!” Then proceeded to forget part of my order. When I approached him to get my items, he did it, but with an extra side of really bad attitude. We will definitely be going to different location...

I stopped by this Western Bagel this morning to get a bagel. I was going to be in the area to pickup my online order at a store so I stopped by here first. I came in the early morning so they were not busy at all. I was able to get a parking spot right in front of this store and walk inside. I got a blueberry bagel, toasted and asked for creme cheese on the side because they tend to put a lot on the bagel. I got my wife her jalapenos cheese bagel. It didn't take them long to toast my bagel and I took it home to eat. I thought my blueberry bagel was too toasted but I still finished it. My wife loved her jalapenos cheese bagel, it's always...
