Following a week-long stay at your hotel from December 10th to the 15th, around 8 am, as I approached the hotel's parking lot to secure my luggage before checking out, my car was not where I had parked it. Concerned that it might has been stolen, I approached the reception desk for assistance. Upon providing my room number, the staff member informed me that my car had been towed, allegedly due to a lack of parking permit, despite having one and having it in place throughout my entire stay. The hotel's response was indifferent. They absolved themselves of any responsibility, offering nothing more than the location where my car had been taken from their premises. It's suppose that the parking lot is secure and a "Free" service, as you can see in the description of the services they offer. They provided no support, leaving me to deal with the situation alone. I had to leave the hotel via an Uber to the location where my car was taken, and to reclaim it back I had to pay a fee of 378 USD. Upon my return to the hotel, I hoped to resolve this injustice, but my plea to the manager fell on deaf ears. At that moment, I felt nothing but helplessness and indignation. When requesting evidence to support their claim of lack of permit (which they themselves provided me for my entire stay), I was met with silence and evasion. The reception staff attempted to ease my distress by suggesting that my employer would likely reimburse the money—an unfounded claim that only deepened my despair. This odyssey wasn't just a financial loss of 378 USD + 20 USD by Uber, it was too five crucial work hours. This negligence jeopardized my job, imperiling the completion of a critical project for my company. I was sent to this city with a clear purpose, and the hotel's incompetence risked the success of that mission. The stress and powerlessness I felt dealing with this situation deeply affected my emotional state and significantly damaged my trust in your establishment. The unfulfilled promise of providing evidence via mail has perpetuated my uncertainty and intensified my indignation. This experience clearly demonstrates that your hotel not only failed to deliver proper service but also raises questions about its ethics and professionalism. Read moreThis hotel is a new construction, the materials and design might be new/modern but it's all a facade. EVERYTHING is broken here and while the housekeeping staff and front desk employees are kind and considerate, the management is god awful. We initially were placed in a room in which the HVAC system didn't work. Maintenance said that the hotel was having a lot of problems and to avoid the rooms at the end of the halls (red flag). We were then switched to a different room in which all the following occurred
The microwave is on a faulty breaker so the panel must be opened and the breaker switched every time you want to use it
The lighting in the kitchen went out and management's solution was to come to the room multiple times just to keep flipping the on/off switch and look at us puzzled as to why it wasn't working (the management isn't very intelligent here). 3 days later we get an electrician sent to our room who worked on the original construction and stated how the building was rushed, corners were cut, and how so many aspects of this hotel aren't up to code. He had to take apart our light switches in order to fix the problem
the toilet began to leak every time was flushed making a huge puddle in the bathroom
the smoke detector went off indiscriminately often in the middle of the night completely ruining our sleep and schedule
the list goes on... we asked for some sort of compensation given the plethora of problems we had to deal with and management gave us a key to another room, that's great right? WRONG. They booked that room and we ended up walking in on another guest, absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing.
