I will never get another drink/item from this location again. Their service was great. Their drinks were great. So why am I not coming back? Because their bathroom was absolutely disgusting! And, imo, when dealing with food service, if their bathroom is disgusting what does that say about their kitchen/appliances? The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a couple of days and that is unacceptable for a public restroom. If they can't take a few minutes every couple of hours to tend to the bathroom then they aren't cleaning the kitchen/other parts of the establishment either, imo. I am NOT BLAMING THE EXTREMELY BUSY WORKERS. This is an issue that management needs to address. Management needs to make time for the employees to be able to do their jobs (in this case cleaning). A barista can't be expected to be thinking about cleaning a bathroom when they are slammed nearly every minute of their shift (btw, I'm not a barista or in the food industry, this is just my laymen observation). Management needs to set aside time in each shift for cleaning to be done EVERYWHERE, NOT JUST IN THE BATHROOM. Again, if the bathroom is being neglected what other things are being neglected that I CAN'T see? 🤢 I'm not going to be a customer at this location or any Starbucks location with this disgusting problem until they get their act together and learn how to keep things in an EATING ESTABLISHMENT clean! SO...

I went to this Starbucks on Thanksgiving through the drive thru. When ordering my first drink, customer service was great. But once I was asked if that completed my order and I said “no” the barista change its tone of voice. Then I started to order my second drink, the barista kept saying “is that all”. I wasn’t done ordering so I told him that I wanted my iced peach green tea sweetened and he told me, “you do not need to tell me you want it sweetened, it’s already sweetened”. I mean I was just trying to explain how I wanted my drink because in other starbucks if I don’t say sweetened, it will not be sweetened. I was just telling him and he was all rude about it. When ordering my last drink, he kept saying “is that it”.

It was frustrating trying to place an order when all he kept saying was “is that all” or “is that it” after asking me what size I wanted. That guy with the tattoos on both arms/forearm needs to work on his customer service. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but you do not bring that type of...

drive thru line was long i waited for 40 minutes. Once I was ready to oredered I ask if i can have a tall vanilla frappe and a caramel frappe too manager Ricardo was very rude and said they didn't have Frappuccino? I said it was disappointing because I waited for 40 mins and i wish there wasa sign so I didn't wait. He just ignore me and I said hello still seeing if i wanted something else but the way he was dismissive I didn't want to spend my money here like i wasted my time so I just ordered water .. once i got to the front Manager Ricardo said here is your free water like very condescending instead of receiving apology for not having a sign outside, I got an attitude like I did something wrong. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISRESPECTFUL to their customers. I didn't want anything else because I didn't understand how you couldn't make 1 frappe . Please retrain management that has no customer service but instead has a...

Little by little they are losing their quality in service, new faces keep appearing while some of the great service providers are leaving. 15 minutes it took to get one drink through the drive thru with only 3 cars in front and 4 cars behind. Rather than telling the customer in front of me to just go ahead and go in to the store to add more items to his orders as to not hold up the line, this is something that they used to have a sign for at their window to make it easier to go through the cars and make sure the drinks don't get cold or watered down, the person decided to add more drinks... Worse they were fraps which take time. 15 minutes to get one drink. Previous method helps with situations like this and don't irritated the additional drivers at the drive thru.

I’ve visited this Starbucks location several times and have always had a positive experience, which is why I was disappointed during my most recent visit. I’m not sure if there have been recent staffing changes, but the quality of my drink was well below the usual standard—it tasted watered down and lacked the flavor I’ve come to expect. A good cup of coffee is an important part of many people’s mornings, and when I choose to spend money on one, I expect it to be made with care and consistency. If a team member is unsure how to prepare a drink properly, I would encourage them to ask for guidance rather than serve something subpar. Please do better! Thank you for your attention

Don’t come here. Go to the next one down the street. The hours are wrong. The workers started stacking chairs around me 20min prior to when the lobby closes (which is NOT 12am, it’s 10pm). A drunk solicitor spent 1.5hrs walking around asking people for money. He walked up to everyone sitting down, stood behind people in line, walked out to people in the drive thru and then proceeded to do it again, and again. The workers didn’t force him out. It was uncomfortable and distracting for everyone, so people just started leaving. No one wanted to be here, not even the workers. Don’t come here. Go to the next one down the street.
