Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I really enjoy this Starbucks location. It is conveniently located in the Beverly Glen Center, which has a lot of other shops and services. The store is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a nice outdoor seating area. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they make great drinks and food. I especially like their seasonal beverages, such as the pumpkin spice latte and the peppermint mocha. They also have a good selection of pastries, sandwiches, salads, and snacks. This USED to be a great place to go. They started getting a revolving door of new employees within the past 2 years that are nowhere nearly as nice and friendly as the ones that were there for years.

Recently, there has been an explosion of people bringing their pets into the store claiming they are service dogs (they are not service dogs). When a couple of customers pointed out that pets were not allowed, the employees actually called the police to have the customers that complained arrested for wanting these fake service dogs removed!

Another customer got the police called on him for asking for a different size water cup!

Mobile orders are rarely ready when you arrive at this location. Placed an order at 7:43 this morning and didn't get it until after 8:15. I ordered 10 minutes out to make sure it was ready. Staff did not communicate well with patrons waiting for mobile orders. Watched a guy start labeling cups, including mine, 10 minutes after I asked about my mobile order. One person making the drinks with 5 others...
