Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Gave this place a try for a really long time because they were close to home. But to be honest, they give the worst service to customers. Their orders are usually always wrong, they are more closed than open through the mobile app, and when they answer the phone the lady barristas are extremely rude and don’t know how to talk to customers. They take out their personal frustrations from home out on me every time I am there and I hate saying this because I’ve been working in customer service for almost 10 years so I know how it is on both sides. I don’t say anything but the way this specific lady barrista was so rude to me on the phone this morning for a simple question made me want to write this review and more. It is true what they say if you can’t handle customer service then you shouldn’t be working there. Very disappointed in that specific store and the people who work there. I will make sure to tell anyone I know to never stop by this specific Starbucks. Horrible horrible...

I come here multiple times a week sometimes 2 times a day today oh wow was a different experience, I went to order my usual my coffee with milk but the milk was chunky and bitter whatever the reason was it was spoiled. I called the girl who answered the phone was nice polite and offered me a refund or remake, I said ok to the remake even asked if I could pick it up at the window. When I got there there was another girl working the drive thru which is one of those people that take their minimum paying jobs way too seriously and she told me No you have to let us know before you come to the window, yaddie yaddie ya, blah blah blah, if the girl working the drive thru used her noggin just a little bit, then what was the point of me calling and asking and getting the ok of me going to the window. Save time and money go one more block...

The drinks are good. I just hope they got rid of the staff that had zero empathy for my bf when he was dying in their bathroom and they seemed completely unphased about it and continued to work. They also didn’t have a key for their own bathroom. The staff would not even give me a penny or anything to open the door. Only one person did but when she saw that I had told the cops on the phone that their was no key to their door and that they weren’t really trying to help. I can’t believe they continued to work and let people in despite what was happening. They are lucky I’m not suing but I hope my bf does one day for their lack of empathy and lack of ethical practices. I put a 3 because I’m at least thankful for the staff I’ve seen now so far....
