Never dealt with this level of scamming. I'll let the picture speak for itself. This is my "Grande in a Venti cup" of Iced Coffee. Honestly, I feel sorry and downright pitiful for this, but people deserve to know that this is just another one of "those Starbucks" that you often hear about.
¬ Self-proclaimed Manager possibly lying ¬ No receipt provided for my order (by the "manager") ¬ Skimped on my drink BIG TIME, TWICE ¬ Refused a refill (within 30 mins span)
The self-proclaimed "manager," Rachel, (she was in a regular green Starbucks uniform apron, whereas Managers usually wear an all black apron) was the one to take my order. Its crazy that the "Store Manager" is the one that is doing this. The only reason I even asked for a manager to begin with is because I was refused a refill on my iced coffee that was ordered less than 30 mins prior. Apparently stepping outside for a smoke disqualified me from the refill. Yes, I'm very well aware and respectful of the "same store, same visit" rule and never take advantage of it. I explained myself, and it was clear she was sticking to her decision and when I asked for the manager, of course she said it was her and I wasn't about to waste any more time, so I ordered my second iced coffee (probably wouldn't have needed if my first one skimped). Rachel then prepared and handed my order for Iced Coffee - Grande in a Venti cup, asked for a side of half and half... Didn't get a receipt upon ordering.. I asked for my receipt moments later after she gave my drink. I felt something was off so when I got home, lo' and behold, skimped! Hate to state the obvious, but the whole point of the bigger cup is for me to get a full 16 oz coffee. That's two in a row they scammed me out of. I ordered my usual coffee it was my first time being at this location. Now I’m someone who doesn’t care about money. But even I will admit Starbucks can be in the pricey side but it’s okay if you’re getting good quality back and good service but I did not get that today.
