I appreciate this place was open at 9:30 PM. It looks cute from the outside. I think it is ONLY DRIVE-THRU, no seating inside, though. The problem I faced was an unkind staff member. I ordered an iced drink along with other items, and he did ask me to review the screen which i saw pumpkin but i did not see it said hot. When i got to the window and he handed me the hot drink, i said, "oh, this was supposed to be iced." He said, "thats why i told you to read the screen and tell me if it was correct." Then he opened his eyes wide, rolled them slightly to the side and sighed. I was so uncomfortable I looked at the drink and i was going to take it hot, but my spouse told me no, that i said cold and that it's my order so to get what i wanted. So i asked him if it could be cold and i apologized. I said, "im sorry" feeling all uncomfortable. But this guy was very rude. Im sorry you had a bad day, but I was in a literal CAR ACCIDENT today and i still wasnt rude...i even apologized. I felt so uncomfortable i will never come back. It's really sad cause i wasnt being mean to him at all, i just said out loud that it was supposed to be cold. I am sorry if the screen said hot (i still dont know that it did), but we ordered multiple items and there was a car behind me so it was hard to read every detail about the order. Anyway, i understand if he had a bad day, but so did i, and I still believe all human beings deserve respect. I literally was in the process of writing a five star review for this place when he acted like that, so I changed the review. Please remember to be kind.

So I was just at this Starbucks and I am very upset!! So I was just at this Starbucks and I am very upset!! A starbucks where one staff mermber will mk a seen in front of other staff members because u asked for a drink with regular milk... that was just unacceptable to mk you pass for fool just like that ??? Just so u knw guys down there..besids fact just watching u walking around in there.. i cn tell you all are summer jobers.. ths is the thing us customers we are the ones pays for the drinks not you guys... which means mk drink the way supose to be n not yr creation nor assuming.. Nd since actually i m italian... nd you are using our words.. wt if i ask for a real caffe latte ??? Instead of yr latte s ??? Does u guys even knw what is un latte ??? Or if i asked wt is really un (cappuccio or cappuccino or what does it mean to mk sure we are all same page here ??? Lil hint... cappuccino means hat.. which hat is the foam or cappuccio.. caffe latte which proper way wld be caffe con latte means half milk half coffe nd nooooo bloody foam which at starbucks u get it on both... besids fact caffe latte its not w expesso but with regular coffe ..italian coffe machine not the pot tho.. cappuccino yes does come w expresso nd shld b stronger.. u guys mk ot pretty same test..... If customer ask wheter cappuccino or caffe latte n nothing more... then mk it as is nd not asking 15 questions right after just confuse whole thing... if anything u cn suggest sure.. but no endless questioning.. n if for real u di not offer whole milk let yr customer knw nd not go ahead 2% will b just fine.. that wiman that morning said starbucks does not offer regular milk (testa di c..)... I spent 22 years in itslian restaurant business..i knw my stuff.. n not only...

Extremely frustrating experience at the Starbucks drive-thru. I placed a mobile order well in advance, even made a stop before heading over, thinking that would give them plenty of time to have it ready. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

When I arrived, the drive-thru line was short, but it crawled. It took 15 minutes just to get to the window—and when I finally did, they handed me the wrong drink. I had ordered a lavender matcha latte and they tried to give me an iced coffee. Not even close.

They admitted the mistake, but instead of correcting it quickly, it took another 10 minutes to make the right drink. So now I’m sitting there for a total of 25 minutes for an order that should have been correct and ready when I pulled up.

I understand mistakes happen, but this was just sloppy. Poor organization, slow service, and zero urgency. What’s the point of mobile ordering if it’s not going to be ready when you arrive?...
