World Artists Living — Hotel in Los Angeles

Our stay was just perfect.

The listing looked too good to be true, but it was more than we could've ever asked for! A fenced-in yard with privacy was perfect for my pup and as quiet as you can get in Hollywood - which was great to return to after being out for three nights at big Hollywood Bowl events. We walked on foot to most places, and really appreciated the easy, dedicated parking at the house. Bedrooms were spacious, clean, and we appreciated thoughtful touches of towel sets and chocolates on each one. Snacks were an unexpected bonus that definitely came in handy late in the night, and the living area was comfortable & spacious and inviting for conversation and relaxation, as well as morning yoga.

The host, Kevin, couldn't have been more kind, responsive, clear, and helpful. I would 11/10 return!

We had last minute cancelled an Airbnb reservation and this house was a MIRACLE to find in the last minute. (The Airbnb host CHANGED the location on us at 2am the night before our arrival!!! Yes, true story.)

A perfect haven for our getaway from a cold Minnesota winter!!!! It's been a crazy year to navigate! Our host could not have been more accommodating! We requested to cancel and reschedule due to Covid; Kevin was gracious and flexible to allow us to do this! This renovated space was fabulous for hosting family for visits (3 bedrooms with very comfy queen beds and 2 bathrooms), for making meals at home, for streaming on HULU on a very comfy couch, and the tall privacy hedge around the perimeter allowed for relaxing on the outdoor lounge chairs; the 2 picnic tables were perfect for outdoor meals. No need to worry about parking; 2 garage spots are reserved with the property. What a nice bonus that weekly cleaning service was included! The lemons on the lemon tree were well utilized and enjoyed! Kevin responded immediately with any of our questions or concerns (nothing major ever happened); you couldn’t ask for a better host! Kevin is an outstanding host. The place is clean, modernly updated, comfortable and we felt perfectly safe while staying there. It’s conveniently and centrally located. We did tourist stuff and it’s a breeze to only have to drive a few minutes to all major sight-seeing spots. My 13yo appreciated the gym equipment as well. Beds were so comfortable. Lots of natural light. They even have welcome baskets with bottled waters, chocolates and snacks. We loved how welcomed Kevin has made us feel throughout our stay. I booked directly with Kevin outside of Airbnb and it was easy,, safe and without any issues or complications. Will definitely come back and recommend Kevin to my friends coming to LA.
