Unfortunate that I even have to give them 1 star to write a review. Ordered a sandwich to go and get all the way home and it's wrong. It happens so I call them and drive back and as I am waiting for them to finish the 2nd sandwich they somehow give mine to someone else. Okay, I am annoyed but we start it all over a 3rd time. I remind them the order and I watch the girl make it and it's wrong again- I have allergies to certain foods so it's not like I can take it and just peel the things off. So, I tell her and she rolls her eyes at me. Who over the age of 12 rolls their eyes at a customer? I just go ahead and ask for a refund at this point mainly because they started to treat me as if I had inconvenienced them (by the way, Silvia is the eye roller who was making the sandwiches) even though I was being way more patient than most would be at this point. The cashier, Wendy, refunds me with a side of attitude. Okay. So I ask for a managers number and they tell me they do not have one. Hmmmm....so you are all running this yourselves because clearly this may be the problem. However, I suspect they're lying as their eyes are all shifty to each other. Wendy (if this is her real name -ha) gives me a number all of the sudden of their "manager". Guess what? It's a fake number. Stone Oven, who the heck do you have working at your Sherman Oaks Westfield Mall location? Clearly time...
Read moreMy wife got hungry while we were shopping at Westfield Sherman Oaks so we walked over to the food court area. The moment she saw that there a StoneOven here, she was sold on it because it's one of her favorite place. She got her spicy chicken sandwich with ceasar salad and a raspberry peach drink. The price is on the higher end but keep in mind that it's also inside the mall. It didn't take long for her food to be ready and she ate it in the food court. There a lot of tables here so you should be able to find a seat. My wife really like her spicy...
Read moreSo unfortunate the customer service is terrible here as the sandwiches aren't bad. A woman named Gladys repeatedly rolled her eyes at me because I asked why they just set my sandwich on the counter without letting me know it was ready. Very poor attitude. She shouldn't be dealing with customers at all.plenty of people out of work to have this poor excuse representing the company. Very...
