We ordered a #1 “Stamina Pork Rice Bowl” ($9) which was thinly sliced pork belly stir fried with thin sliced onions and garlic soy sauce served over rice. We thought this was very good.
We also ordered a #5 “Stamina Fried Chicken Rice Bowl” ($14) which had fried chicken thigh chunks with a very crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful inside. Served with a spicy sweet soy sauce and kewpie mayonnaise over rice. This was also delicious.
Service was great! The guy in the shop helped us navigate the menu and pick items that could be cooked in the time frame we were looking for. After we got our food and were enjoying it they closed up for Christmas Day. We were one of the last customers, so the guy at the shop delivered us an extra bowl of karaage, and then another one because he couldn't find his other customer. We gave one of the bowls to another family because it would have been too much food. They were generous (and we were lucky).
