Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I just got burritos at this location at the drive through. I had a very unpleasant interaction at the ordering window. The person was not speaking clearly and obviously not hearing very well. She kept saying, “ I am sorry, I am sorry “at least 5 times. I was not sure what she was sorry about, but then, when I took my burritos home I realized why she was sorry about. The burritos were in liquid form….. I am serious, the whatever was supposed to be beef and beans was a strange mixture with the consistency of a baby food, it was definitely half of the size I get at other locations and almost inedible. I am quite upset because my husband is sick and that was the first meal he asked about and he did not get to enjoy it. What a shame that a reputable and well loved brand can disappoint when the people representing it do not put pride in what they do and tarnish the reputation of Taco Bell. This is far and away the best Taco Bell I've ever eaten in. Extremely clean, excellent food and outstanding service. The employees have all worked there a long time and are very good at their jobs. They're friendly, professional and efficient. The food is always hot and visually appealing upon arrival -- not carelessly slopped together like in some other fast food places. The condiments are always full and facing up, never crammed in the containers with sticky residue all over them. Tables are always clean. They play XM Serius music in the dining area instead of some horrible muzak track. Even the interior decor and artwork are pleasing and intereating. This is a note for owner or store manager or who is responsible for customers experience. Really, who train it the guy at the window to deliver people's food with aggressive and rude attitude. I was at drive tru too picking up my order, (on 5/24/22 around of 10:30), The guy who delivered the food to me immediately ( in a second) told me please leave here! I asked him why are you in a hurry? He said because we have a timer here and we work with time !! What he thinks, other people work with their balls, for sure everyone works with time.
