This tams is a good example of bad and good. The food is great but the Service Sucks!! I have nothing but good things to say about their food. But their services could improve a whole lot!! For example if you go to their drive through 6 out of 10 times they'll get your order wrong, you most definitely have to check your stuff before leaving. Also when you call ahead of time so you won't have to wait for your food, it seems that they actually wait until you get there and pay for them to start making your food, even though they say it'll be ready in 10, 15 min. I called ahead of time one time and I ended up waiting 40 minutes from the moment I paid. 55 min if u count from the moment I called. They are fortunate that their food is delicious otherwise this Tams burgers would go down!! Oh this Tams was known for their dressing, but I think they changed there Thousand Island dressing..
