The Buffalo Spot - Torrance — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am never one for poor reviews unless something truly was wrong. Having to repeat myself multiple times to the cashier because she apparently heard what she wanted to hear is frustrating. My wings were absolutely delicious do not get me wrong however just dealing with the cashier was frustrating. My reason for the poor review however is the very fact we asked for plain fries. She constantly asked if we wanted cajun or lemon pepper or seasoning on our fries. I had constantly repeated no flavor just plain fries please. What I thought were plain fries that just had a unique color to them we soon found out were infact seasoned and flavored fries. The cajun seasoning affects my celiac disease and I became very ill. Thats not acceptable especially when a person specifically states they want plane fries please understand we are not trying to be complicated and understand and handle with caution the possibility of an allergy or other reason. The very fact I repeated myself multiple times in regards to not only the fries but also my dipping sauce makes me question if this cashier lacks comprehension skills.

Due to my allergic reaction to the seasoning in the fries I was not able to fully enjoy my 25piece family meal. However my partner did enjoy his food .

Please understand my horrible review is due to the cashier lack of understanding and care and not the overall food. Had I not had an allergic reaction to the food and frustration with the employee I would say this is an amazing spot for good non greasy very juicy...

Terrible service, I went to go pick up food for a customer. At the buffalo spot. They gave me the wrong order, the customer told me it was the wrong food. The customer lived 5 minutes away, i drove back to the Buffalo spot to pick up the food and now i have to drop it back off wasting 15 minutes of my own time, not getting payed to pick the order back up and waisting gas. All I wanted was the burrito but the lady said I couldnt have it. I don’t know the ladies name. Ive been here many times to get food as a loyal customer besides my job and referred people to this spot . I don’t know the ladies name but i remember her face. I called my company and they told me as a curtiousy for the restaurant messing up Im suppose to keep the food. Terrible customer service, it’s not the customer is always right I don’t believe in that. What I believe in is when a restaurant messes up, or when they make a mistake and waste somebody else’s time at least compensate it. Because now all they did is throw the burrito away. I'll start off with the positive aspects. The employees were very friendly and the place was clean. Now the reasons why I feel you should avoid this place. It's takeout only. There is actually ONE table inside should you choose to eat there but was unusable because it was being used as a day care center for one of the employees kids. Being takeout only I feel it's overpriced for what you're getting. They are wings in a non environmentally friendly container nothing more. A 15 piece shouldn't be almost $20. Fries are $10. I wanted to try the wings anyway in case they were phenomenal. Nope, they were quite average. Next despite the menu saying they come with a side of ranch or blue cheese I was charged 60¢ for a little side 1oz cup. Look 60¢ is nothing but a side of sauce should be standard for wings and free. A 5 gallon bucket of ranch is probably $6 at Costco. Charging 60¢ an ounce comes out to $77 a gallon and you thought gas...
