Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Los Angeles

One tiny cheesecake looking slice of carrot cake for 2.99. I walked in and was asked pretty nicely to put on a mask to which I kindly obliged. I ordered a cha mango chilla, chorizo breakfast bagel (she was helpful with the bagel choice of cheesy bun lol), a bottled water (which apparently they were out of) an old fashioned glazed buttermilk donut and a Snapple apple drink. I was given the donut and the Snapple at first while the rest was prepped or at least I thought. It was approx 7-10 mins before I received my breakfast bagel(yep you read it right she forgot my chiller). By this time donut is all but demolished Snapple is half gone but I'm still being patient because she has been nice throughout. I politely reminded her about the missing drink and was quickly rewarded with said drink. Overall her service honestly saved this from being even lower because I didn't really enjoy anything especially. The donut was dry and yeasty nothing like the buttermilk I was expecting. The chiller had milk in it and was tired with whipped cream and tajin so it was more of an smoothie. The chorizo bagel was poorly formed sure to the chorizo being only in the middle and the bagel being hard enough to hurt while chewing. The Snapple was not what I wanted but it was consistent. 14$ dollars later I satisfied my hunger and still made it to work on time but I will probably pass on...

Yeah the Latina woman with her sloppy eyeshadow had the worst attitude. I placed an order through Uber Eats for pickup and when I arrived, I was told there was nothing there. At first I thought I was at the wrong location. Turned out the woman just couldn't read. And too bad my Spanish is bad or else I would've tried explaining to her what I ordered and that I was sure that I was at the right location. I even handed her my phone and she "read" the receipt. She asked me for my name about 5 times I answered everytime. Eventually she walked to the back and asked another employee about my order and what do you know? It was in the back hanging in a bag. Oh, aaand they didn't get my order right. Donut holes were old to begin with. Usually when I get donuts from that location they're always fresh and delicious. Anyway, I ordered my sandwich with spicy mayo on the side and guess what? Sauce came on the sandwich. Sandwich was still good but point is they didn't...

Went in there at 4am for tea and the younger Latina girl just had the stankiest face and gave me the dirtiest look as soon as I walked in. I had to be the first to say Hello and she didn’t even say Hello back, she didn’t even speak, just stared at me with a nasty look on her face. She was extremely rude while taking my order and just had a HORRIBLE attitude. She didn’t even wanna speak or answer any of my questions, I asked her for the price of the tea TWICE and she was acting like she couldn’t understand what I was saying and didn’t answer my question, even though, when she literally only spoke 2 words the entire time, she did NOT have an accent so clearly language wasn’t the issue here I don’t know what the hell her problem was. Then she rolled her eyes at me when I said “never-mind it’s ok”. What kind of costumer service is this??? Who is hiring these...
