Sunrise Motel — Hotel in Los Angeles

Booked a king bedroom. We were told when we checked in that Travelocity booked us 2 queens and they were not allowed to change our reservation. Person on desk gave us a great room with a view. He gave us a room across from the ice maker and the elevator. No sleep. |Went down to desk the next morning and asked for a different room. He said we never asked for a quiet room.|REALLY? Agreed to give us another room, quiet and a king bed, but he charged us $10.00. The second room was in the same location as the first room, just around a corner. Same ice maker noise and elevator beeping all nigh. The room had food on the bedspread and another guests water bottle on the floor. Very rude every time we went to the front desk so we stayed in this room. Toilet seat was not tight so we had a rock...
