Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Terrible, I specifically asked for mild chicken because I have little children and they intentionally gave me spicy. On the receipt it says mild. I paid $30.65 for the 11 piece special with 2 large sides of both red beans and rice and they do not fill the large sides up to give you a full large and it's mostly rice rather than red beans and I'm from New Orleans and the service and food tastes totally different no seasoning no love nothing but thrown together chicken meals it's terrible how you discover everything you pay for is wrong when you get home and it happens all the time at this location. I try not to go maybe once a month because I try to give it time hoping my next visit will be better and it's just terrible each and every time. No other Popeye close by where I stay. They need help with their customers service skills and they need to put a little love in the chicken they're selling because you can taste it. Not hot but warm, not crunchy because it's soaked in grease and the plastic bag smoothers it and makes it turn soggy... they need new management and maybe even someone that knows how to fry and season chicken in...

We went last night since we had not eaten for most of the day. I ordered on the website for pickup at 125am. I received the receipt via email at 132pm. We arrived to Popeyes 20 minutes later to pickup the food and we had horrible service. Customers were required to stand outside and wait for then to cook for door dash and uber eats orders and then be "fit" in the schedule for food. The drive thru was packed yet they were "not taking orders via drive thru". The drive thru operator asked us 6 different times what we order when we kept saying we had order number 78. He kept ignoring us. In exactly an hour later, he finally gave us what we thought was our food. We got home at 3am to open the box and realized we did not get anything we ordered. The 12 piece spicy that we ordered was a bland, nasty 12 piece mild. The fries we ordered were not there. A small potatoes was. The large red beans were not there, just a small red beans. The 6 biscuits we ordered were not there, just 3 biscuits. I will never go there again. Let's just say that food was not enjoyable and I really would...

The people that work here are very rude. I understand that a curfew was put in place but at least have the common courtesy to let the people waiting in the drive thru know. I was literally behind the car that was the last order taken and they had someone at the door letting the food delivery people out but nobody said anything I waited about 5 minutes and kept speaking into the speaker and got no answer. Then a gentleman walks out the door with a roll of yellow tape to block off the lot I rolled down my window to ask what was going on he said go to the window. I wait to get the window just to be told "Oh he doesn't speak English sorry we're closed and only doing Doordash orders right now " after sitting in the drive thru needless to say I was feeling some type of way and I asked the woman if you serve them why can't you serve me or the other people that were just told to come around to the window? All I got was a closed window . Needless to say Popeyes has lost...
