Crazy Q Bargain — Local services in Los Angeles

This is an update of a previous review that I had.I had been to the store regularly and I had always been happy with my experiences. Recently I tried to go there just to grab something real quick at 8:40 at night even though the sign says they close at nine they have a handwritten sign on the door that says they close at 8:45.as my girlfriend and I walked up somebody else walked up and the guy at the door told us they were closed I then told him the signs at 9 when he pointed to the sign that said 8:45.I told him I just needed to come in real quick and grab something and he said they were closed. Someone else had walked up at the exact same time as us and he let them in for some reason but not us. Not only was I a regular customer but I found it quite odd that he let someone else in but not us. I hate to think it was a race issuebut I can not see any other reason why the other person was let in and not us when I asked him why we couldn't go in he literally just close the door in our face. I hope the pair of shoelaces that that guy bought that he let in was worth the Lost businessthey will have from my girlfriend and I not going there ever again as well as telling anybody that I see that they have terrible...

The OWNER is VERY RUDE, and LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TOTALLY.

**I visited the store today and was buying quite a bit of items, one included was a (30lb Drop Ball) for working out. I gently asked the owner if someone could please help me carry it out additional to my other items once paid for, because YOU CAN'T TAKE THE CARTS OUT OF THE STORE.

The owner literally yelled at me and said VERY RUDELY & LOUD; "No! Nobody can't help you take it out!" Mind you.... I seen at least 3 workers on the floor stocking the shelves while I was shopping.

With his rude response.... I simply walked out of the line leaving my full shopping cart behind. Unapologetically... this prompted 7 other shoppers to follow behind me, leaving their carts also while getting on him about his Unnecessary rude attitude. LOVE, PEACE, PATIENCE, AND GENTLENESS GOES A LONG WAY.

FYI: This wasn't the 1st time he treated me like this, but I again ignored him. This is my last time shopping here.

NOT WORTH SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS.

This is a cool 99 store if you know what your getting into. The outside is not clean and at night it resembles an abandoned store. But you can find select clothing items, water, cleaning supplies, craft supplies, school supplies, party supplies, kitchen & bathroom items all for $1. In addition they have another section for higher priced items where you can find other decently priced items like backpacks, trash cans and other miscellaneous items. Everything the sell is of decent quality. So If your looking for medium quality at a low price this is your place, but if you are looking to push a basket out of the store or use the restroom keep...
