IHOP — Restaurant in Los Banos

I write this review from my table at black bear diner .my self wife and two children stopped in your IHOP while passing through and had the worst experience. We were seated pretty quickly then abandoned .we were not given kids menus and after 30 minute the girl finally asked if we wanted drinks and we said yes and we are ready to order as well she said wait to order let me take your drink order first she took our drink order repeated our order back to us incorrectly then walked away and started cleaning tables never attempted to get our drinks after watching her clean tables for 20 minutes with only 3 tables full and no customers coming in it was evident we were not wanted and she wanted us to leave so we did so .we wasted 40 minutes of our time while she ignored us the handful of customers who were there were all frustrated asking for missing items and she walked around clueless .People like this can destroy as service based business when this is your first impression of your business as well as your only access to the service the business provides .From our table alone atleast 100 dollars or more was lost due to the server not providing the service she was hired...

So after a long day of truck driving i come to get a quick bite but Okay hard to believe you can mess up a so simple order of 3 pancakes 🥞and sugar free syrup and milk thank God they couldn't mess up the milk but the pancakes were trash I mean trash also a almost empty bottle of syrup. Not to sound rude but I wouldn't let anyone eat these. They weren't cooked all the way and the waitress was not helpful cause she was too into her conversation with her coworker. And when she came by and asked how it was I told her quietly so the customers wouldn't hear me sound rude be she said like I can give you some to take with you for free 😶 so I told her no I didn't want the free ones I wanted my bill and she offered me a discount like a $1.25 off my bill two pancake werent edible. So please stay away , just buy something from the truck stop don't waste your time . And they don't have coffee or tea cause they said it was to late .
