Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Banos

Worst pizza I have had in my life. It's 10:54 right now and we placed our order over the phone at 9:31. So lay out I ordered 1. Large pizza, extra sauce, pineapple, olives, and mushrooms. 2. Medium pepperoni pizza. With a side of jalapeños. I then call about 9 minutes later and ask to bring 4 ranch sides. We are here from out of town on work and have nothing, condiment wise. So I open my pizzas. Pepperoni pizza has no sauce, burnt crust. No side of jalapeños. I get 2 ranch instead of 4 which they charged me for! They charged and gave me a large Pepperoni instead of a medium. And I open the ranch and it's oil is separated from the milk bc it hasn't been refrigerated! The large pineapple pizza has light sauce! I'll post pictures. I then call and the shift manager who asked me not to use her name, it rhymes with issa doesn't know how to handle the situation. She puts me on hold and calls the store manager. She tells me I have to call the hotline aka corporate to get something done bc she could only offer replacements from her store and can't issue a refund because "the order was placed"? But the store replacement won't work as I had already informed her that I'm here out of town for work. So 32$ plus a 5$ tip for that?! No way....

My mom over paid on they pizza hut app by around 5 dollars. She explained it to the cashier but to no avail the cashier just stated that she has nothing to do with the app and even though the promotion in store is 1199 she can't do anything about the promotion that the app was upholding which was 1499. I suggested my mom complain to the app for the overpay but I think she just was content with not having to do with it anymore. However it is unfortunately the staff is anyway to correct the overpayment even though they are completely affiliated companies. The app was created by Pizza Hut owned and ran by Pizza Hut owners and employees so do not have any solution for my mother to get her money back for the overpayment is kind of absurd and disappointing. All in all this place is clean the pizza is good they have a restroom they have a small amount of games inside of the dining area. They deliver they have dining take out and they are always running different kinds...

My son called to order a cheese and a Hawaiian pizza for me and when he hung up he said it was over $50! I called back in 10 seconds and told the girl that it was to pricey and to cancel it. She said I could get the special 3 topping large pizza for 15.99 so I just added toppings to the cheese pizza and bacon to the Hawaiian. She was very pleasant and I thanked her. 1 minute later I was called by a very rude man who said I can't change it because they were made already. I told him that he couldn't possibly have made 2 pizzas that quick and even if they were starting them just add the toppings to the cheese. He he can't because they were done already, which is impossible. And then he hung up on me. This is only the second negative review I have ever left but I feel like people should know about...
