this is the first time I’ve ever reviewed/scored any type of establishment, but this Starbucks is so aweful I just had to. I get the most basic drink, outside of coffee, that you can order and they mess it up almost every time. I order an iced green tea with an extra pump of sweetener and every barista there insists on making my drink in the cup, then hand it to me without shaking it up... the first drink is pure sugar and the rest of the drink is pretty much pure green tea. THEN when I ask them to shake it, I get an eye roll and attitude. They’re lazy and rude (with an exception for a couple of them). I would go to the other Starbucks but it is clear across town. But anyways... they suck! Go to a different one...

This is one of the ABSOLUTE WORST STARBUCKS IN TOWN!!! The manager (older lady) is BEYOND RUDE!!! All 6 of our drinks were absolutely garbage. Especially the worst one the vanilla iced latte. Had to take it back twice to be fixed and she decided she wasn’t going to fix it and refused, so we told her for a refund which she refused. After a long argument we left the drink and walked out. I am filling a dispute with the bank for ALL MY DRINKS and also a formal complaint with corporate! I will never ever have my friends or family come here again. There’s plenty more Starbucks around with better service and a CLEAN STORE! Thanks Starbucks for giving me a headache on...

Good food, good prices. I went through the drive thru this morning and let the employee know my drink wasn't correct but she told me it was. It was a bizarre conversation about how I was wrong and the drink was right. In the end she was asking me what the drink in the cup was, I told her I didn't know but I knew it wasn't what I ordered. She took it back and it was fixed quickly but I could have gone without being told I was wrong flatly when the drink was clearly not what I had ordered.

This was my first time visiting this location in months but I was quickly reminded why I prefer ANY of the other locations...
