Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Los Gatos

The last time before today, I gave you 5 star because I had an online order and pick up, and everybody was happy in the store. But today when I got there, everybody was confused, and after a while 2 people in a row asked me about what I need, I said I'm going to order number 64 which is Portabella Mushroom & Cheese, then she said oh you haven't ordered yet? I said No. After a while the 2nd person asked me how can I help you? I said can I get number 64? then he left. After a while the 3rd person came and he even didn't asked me what I want, just looked at the monitor and they talked together. Then I looked at them, I saw nobody is watching me, then I decided to leave the store because I thought that I am a ghost who nobody is able to...

I called to place an order at 8:30pm I was told over the phone that they don’t take phone orders after 8:30pm. So I asked if I drove there could I place an order. I was told that if I got there before 9 that I could place an order. So I drove and arrived there at 8:48 pm. I walked in and the guy behind the counter asked to take my order. I told him I wanted two sandwiches. A #17. He stopped me and said the grille had been turned off and was cleaned and cold. To which I replied. It’s not even 9pm yet. He shrugged his shoulder and I left. I got to my car I looked back in and the two guys that worked there both had smirks and laughing. Not sure about what but I had to guess? Anyway, I love Jersey Mikes but won’t be coming back to this...

I came here on my way to visit my parents. It was early enough so that I could show up with lunch as a surprise. I got the Big Kahuna and it was a hit! My dad loved it and my mother was wondering why she hadn't visited before. It was a stuffed Philly Cheesesteak that had great flavor and texture.

The management of the space was great and I felt safe. There were a few chairs out but most chairs and tables were put up to prevent loitering, there were stickers on the ground and the employees wore masks and changed their gloves often ( I will walk out if I see someone who doesn't change gloves). The service was efficient and friendly.

I have a feeling that this will be a place that our family will...
