Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisa

I generally order from this Dominos at least once a week, some times even a few more than that! There food is always good and delivery has always been fast….. but this time they refused to deliver after i ordered online, stated it was because of the lack of drivers but said they were about to go deliver 4 other orders, soo i agreed to come pick it up, no big deal but next, they the took rude and unprofessional to another level! I was hung up not once but twice and when he answered the phone “Hello dominos……” i asked for his name “who am i speaking with”……this was soo i could address him properly; he refused and said i didn’t need his name and he was never gonna give it to me and hung up! So i showed up to cancel my order in person and i then requested a manager, i was told one wasn’t on site, then i requested a district or corporate number, they refused me that also! Needless to say this dominos has lost me as a customer for the unprofessional and down right disrespectful ways they chose to treat me!!! Ordered food tonight for contactless delivery (due to having Covid). After an hour of waiting and the app telling me my order was delivered, we still did not have our dinner. I called politely to see if it had been mis delivered by chance all to find out the driver had not left and they’d be here in 15 mins. I was told they were backed up, so I said I understood and hung up. 20 mins go by and still nothing. I call again and was told the driver was just leaving and to give it 10-15 more mins. Another close to 30 mins go by, still no delivery and after my husband called a third time, we find out it had been left at my neighbors’ house. Usually they call and tell you when your order has been left, but we received no notification. My husband let them know our dinner was cold and asked for some compensation, especially since we waited an hour and a half, but was told there was nothing...

If there was a way for me to leave no stars there wouldn't be any Star on this page I ordered a pizza from them not even 30 minutes ago I ate two slices another individual ate one slice and we got sick almost immediately I called the store told them what happened and the individual that I spoke with said to call back on Wednesday when the manager is there about a refund who does business like that also why is there no manager or assistant manager on duty to deal with issues like this they're one of the two pizza places in town that deliver needless to say I will never order from them again here's a photo of what was received kind of ironic how they don't wait till the following week to take your money for the orders that you make for product that is unhealthy unsanitary and unsafe so they're going to keep serving people this food until God knows when do...
