First, I would like to start off on a positive note. I've been coming to this establishment for quite some time; the mileau was pleasant. Unfortunately, this visit was not pleasant and I will not be returning. Our family took my mother out for Mother's Day dinner. Our food came out about 40 minutes after we ordered. I ordered a mini white pizza with a side salad. When the pizza arrived to the table; the crust and cheese was burnt. It was so crispy that the touch of the fork crumbled the cheese. I informed the waitress that I could not consume the pizza because it was burnt. I requested for it to be made again. The waitress interjected and said the cook indicated that in order to cook the pizza thoroughly it would be extra crispy due to the oven. I've had white pizza from authentic Italian places and never experienced a burnt white pizza. The only ingredients are garlic, oil and cheese. At any rate, I told the waitress that I would order a plain cheese pizza. The waitress took the pizza back. Moments later the cook/chef came out and approach our table. He did not introduce himself; he came to the booth and said, "You made me come out of my kitchen. This pizza is made like this for all sizes and come out the same." I responded the pizza was burnt and of poor quality. I've had white pizza numerous times and never was burnt. The cook raised his hands in the air and walked off. I asked the waitress who the gentlemen was and requested to speak with a manager. The waitress stated he was the owner. I said he was very disrespectful and did not identify himself. The waitress stated, "He is like that." Unsure of what that means but customer service is a must. I did not get defensive; I just wanted a pizza that was edible. As a customer, I'm paying for food that I can enjoy. I've had better pizza at Dominos and Papa John's for peak sakes. Vinny, the owner needs training. He lacks compassion and effective communication skills. As the owner, you stand by your product. You should ask yourself would you eat this dish, if not than "do not"I repeat "do not" serve your customers burnt pizza. Sorry for not posting a picture; I was...

I hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes it's deserved. Hostess was pleasant and attentive. And that's about all the good I have to say. Oh... and the food did come quick after ordering but I would have rather waited longer for better food. The bad: Both table and floor were sticky Sweet iced tea was not even close to tasting like tea. In fact, it had zero tea flavor. It was dark sugar water. Ketchup was odd tasting and odd color. And unfortunately was the only thing that added flavor to my very bland chicken parm sub. (Peyton Manning would NOT be happy about this sub!) The chicken seemed to be frozen breasts thrown into a sub roll with, again, flavorless sauce and cheese. It was a good sized portion, but I had no desire to eat all of it. Fries were meh, at best. My sons spaghetti was abysmal. Noodles in red water with meatballs from the frozen section at the grocery store. Luckily their taste buds aren't as decerning so they were happy, but for $9.95...c'mon... you're an "Italian" restaurant. Disappointing dining experience. The place did have an ever so slight hint of charm until I saw the Friday the 13th Jason mask. (Halloween was 12 days ago. Get rid of the creepy stuff.) Bottom line - McDonald's is...

I've been going here for a couple of decades and it was always a great place until the past few months. My son and I arrived at 7:05 last night and the place wasn't even halfway full of customers. They seated us all the way in the corner at table no.1and gave us menus never asking for drink orders which was different from my other 1000 times being there. We waited and waited til I asked one of the waitresses for help with her reply being we'll be with you in a moment. In the meantime time other customers came in They got drinks and put order in while we sat there 2 booths away. It's 7:30 now and still nothing so we waited patiently til 7:58 when I decided we'll no one's helping us so we left the menus on the table and left. As we were leaving I'm looking around and the place is still only half occupied and see a couple waitresses just standing towards the back not busy but I figured ok they don't need our business so we walked out without anyone of the staff even acknowledging us. I truly hate seeing this place like that cause that's not how it used to be for the past 25 years. Sorry to say you have lost a lifelong customer but I hope you all the...

I ordered a Stromboli, Steak and cheese sub w/ onion rings and mozzarella sticks tonight and was told that they were busy and it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I arrived 35 minutes later and left to eat at home. I live 15 minutes away and ate right away. I noticed it was very cold and the sub and onion rings were very soggy. They managed to put a packet of ketchup in and under my sub. The Stromboli tasted horrible and did not look like a Stromboli but looked like a mini pizza instead. The cheese sticks were the worst I have ever had and tasted like I had a frozen block of cheese in the middle. After heating everything up in the microwave, I ate about half my food and threw the rest away. Please take hint in the other 1 star reviews and their comments about the food tasting like frozen grocery store food. This place is one of the worst-tasting Italian restaurants I’ve ever been too!!!

Roma’s is a family friendly generous Italian restaurant. The inside is huge with dining rooms for private large gatherings, a kid play space with video games and pinball toys and a climbing wall. There is also a full service bar and indoor smoking area. It is without question the best pizza in the county. They throw their own pizzas, cook them perfectly and are willing to put up with annoying customer special orders. The wait staff is friendly and competent- and this place gets busy at meal times, so if you want to chat with your waitress come during off hours. Spacious enough to provide good Covid distancing. There are a couple of TVs but you can avoid them if you want.
