They have a variety of king cakes that are absolutely wonderful and they make them daily in house. I grabbed a loaf of bread that was still warm....OMG if you love warm bread, theirs is phenomenal! They have plain, turtle cheesecake, funky monkey, raspberry cream cheese and other varieties of king cakes. Best I have tried. You can also get pastries and pieces of king cake to go. The bakery is wonderful. The picture is the funky monkey king cake. Yummo!!

I'm fortunate to have this place so close to me. I can be there and back in 10 minutes. We have gone here all my life. While the French breads have definitely shrank over the years, they're still good and the price hasn't gotten outrageous. There is a good assortment of sweets available in the case.

I don't know the people that work there, but it's usually a good experience. Sometimes there will be somebody at the counter that has a bit of an attitude and damn near throws your order at you instead of...

I LOVE the king cakes from Best Bakery!!! We usually get 3 or 4 during Mardi Gras and even have some shipped though out the year. I was wanting a king cake from them so bad and my husband surprised me with two small ones yesterday but sadly it was not fresh at all!! I was totally disappointed in the king cakes.
