2/17/2020 approx. 7pm 4 star for drive-thru service 1 star for in-restaurant service If youre debating on whether to wait-out the drive-thru or walk into the restaurant, decide no more... Drive-thru is the way to go if you want your food in a timely manner. I made the mistake of walking into the restaurant, thinking it would be faster because there were 4 cars in the drive-thru. First off, the cashier seems to take only 1 order at a time because she is super slow. Not sure if the manager tells her to do it this way so their numbers look good because she was standing next to cashier and didnt rush her to shorten the line. The manager was actually helping package the orders but she was not any faster than her employees. Also, a man who ordered before me asked to have extra pickles in his burger so when he got it he asked if they had indeed added extra pickles. The employee replied with "i dont know, i didnt make it". That was all the help he offered. The man had to unwrap his burger to make sure. Although he didnt seem pleased when he opened the burger, he decided to take it as it was. As for my order, the cashier asked what sauces i wanted for my tenders. She told me they had voodoo, mardi gras mustard, bbq, ranch, etc. I asked to get some ranch, voodoo and mardi gras mustard. On my order she put bbq and ranch. I pointed it out to her but she assured me they would get it right when they packaged my order. Nope!!! I checked my order before i left because, after seeing the "extra pickles" situation, i wasnt so confident. Sure enough, i had like 5 packets of bbq sauce. I asked another employee to trade the sauces for me. He said they no longer served voodoo. Why didnt the cashier know this??? After everything was said and done, more than 8 cars had passed by, from the drive-thru. I stopped counting after 8. Long story short.... The food is always good here but dont make the mistake of walking into the restaurant unless you have plenty of time on your hands. This was my first and last time walking into the restaurant. Read moreWe rarely come here anymore. Store is nasty. People are gross, slow, and just don't care.
Usually there's one of two scenarios when we get there. The one that happens most often is we wait behind a few cars for 10 minutes each at the window, then when we finally get there, they make us pull off to the side and then get our order faster than the other people did. What kind of sense does this make? The other scenario is that there are so many cars pulled up into the side that it's like car rental lot on Monday morning when the store opens.
Every single time we go, there's something wrong with our order. Every single time. And it's always at a loss. Never again. We're always shorted something. And do you want sauce with anything? You can forget about it. They'll ask you what kind you want. But it won't matter. No matter how many times you ask. No matter how much you plead. How much you BEG. They just WILL. NOT. Put it in the bag. It's like they get penalized for every sauce packet they hand out.
Most of these problems have existed for a very, very long time, as we live close to the store and have gone here forever, so it can't all be blamed on the economy, the labor shortage, or anything else that has only cropped up in recent years.
I will say that on the bright side, when you get your chicken and it's just been fried, it's still unbeatable. Not even homemade can touch it. But the place is just too much of a problem...

The lady that was the cashier that took my money was the same lady that turned around and started making my order, with no gloves on, not only was she grabbing food glove free, she dropped a fry on the counter and picked it up and glanced back at me as she put it in my box as if to see if I was watching her. I was too in shock to say anything so I took my food. I threw it away and told my husband what happened. The next day I wrote an e mail complaint on the website but I guess it goes straight to the store because I got a phone call the next day from the manager of the store after I specifically checked off the box that I DID NOT want to be contacted.
