My experience was good the drive-through was great but you're missing out if you don't go inside if there's a small store front as there are other items like cookies power proteins and things like that to purchase and take home. It's important to understand that this is not really so much as a snack as it is a meal replacement if used appropriately. There are many healthy choices here but you can quickly stack up the calorie count if you're not watching as well as the sugar count. Is all fresh ingredients And great service. If you haven't stopped by before I highly recommend it and give it a shot. It's also great for young children and if done right is a very healthy alternative to ice cream or slushie, or snowcone / snowball.. There are multiple locations a day this is a nation wide chain. Staff is awful. Jayden or jayde whatever her name is doesn’t blend the smoothies. Messes up on order had to make 3 times and still wasn’t right. She’s rude before you even get your drinks. Katie working with her too is a nightmare. They both don’t know what they are doing. Everyone else is good but it seems every time I go there I get those two and our drinks are ALWAYS wrong. “Katie” seems new and doesn’t know what she’s doing. The management has changed which I can say is a huge step up. I have on occasion ordered a cholocate slim n trim & recieved just that plus strawberry taste in my smoothie however when I’ve brought this to the managers attention it was replaced on my next visit.
