BESTZ DONUTS — Restaurant in Louisiana

Macy needs to lose her job! So so rude! I don’t ever leave reviews but this service left me completely confused from her attitude. We have used this donut shop for a long time and usually have amazing service. However last Sunday after driving off headed to church, our order was cold and not warmed up as well as we weren’t given everything we paid for. Today when going through the line to order again I let the same worker at the window (Macy) know and asked if she minded warming it up this time. Her reply was “it’s always warmed up (in a very rude manor and rolled her eyes) and as shutting the window she called me rude” I only politely asked her if she could warm it up this time. I didn’t ask for the addition to my order prior that was left off and her reply was very unnecessary. Needless to say I told her Merry Christmas and to have a blessed day but we won’t be back until this new worker is no longer there. I also called back to find out her name and Macy answered and wouldn’t tell me her name and then after passed the phone to her manager, then the manager told me her name.
