I don't even know what to say about this Chilis. We came on a Saturday night and was told 45 min wait and the restaurant had literally 4 tables sat. We asked to sit at the bar, where 2 other people were sitting and we were told no. What planet are we on? We are from out of town and don't know where else to go, and like a good mystery, so we wait it out.. they ask for our name and cell number.
We sit in our car, right in front of the door. We notice 4 people have come out.
55 minutes later, (10 minutes past our window) I walk in to ask how much longer - I see literally TWO tables. I started to give her my name and she interrupted me as if she didn't even NEED my name, and said "I can take you now". ??? I got the other two people out of the car and she sat us at a tall table in the bar. ... ? I guess the are short on waitresses or something. No explanation, no thanks for waiting, even though the restaurant is empty and I'm not even giving you a normal table, nothing. I don't know if she would have ever called us if I hadn't come in...
Ps The bartender was an excellent server and makes great Presidentes and Spiders.
What i DID see over there is the Take Out door, and they were passing out sacks to cars ever 2 minutes on average for the entire length of my meal. So that's why I think they increased the seating time. So...just beware of long wait times at this location, and the fact that they might not have enough help. Youre better off ordering TAKE OUT. As for me, I'll be going back to my beloved...
Read moreGot a Togo order about 30 minutes ago and had to return from the parking lot to retrieve items that were left behind (chips and salsa) we double check the order and find our ice cream placed in ranch cups had already melted before even leaving.
The ice cream was placed in the same bag as all of the hot food rather than with the cold deserts separately.
One ranch dipping sauce was supposed to be avocado ranch (it wasn’t).
The Nashville tenders were coated in straight buffalo sauce . I’m unsure if that is common practice here , but it just seems odd to call it Nashville tenders when it’s clearly just buffalo sauce.
I was missing French fries from my order as well
The best part about our meal is the spoiled broccoli! The brown stems and fuzziness (mold) definitely add a nice bite.
We aren’t done yet, our chocolate molten was almost a week old! A label on the box advised the product was due to expire on the 1st of April. It was the 7th of April when we received this item. Quite a delayed April fools joke.
I have attached a photo of this issue to the post.
This “meal” was a complete waste of hard earned money. Literally nothing in our meal was checked for accuracy, ensured proper storage for consumption or even safe to eat!
I’ve attached a photo of the broccoli so your stomach can turn as much as mine did. The molten label is attached as well .
Beware eating here at all cost. If you value your money and your stomach, steer clear of...
Read moreWhen we first arrived, we were seated by our waitress, then she NEVER came back. Took almost 49 minutes before someone came to take our orders and bring the kid menus. A different waitress came, she messed up the orders while writing them down however we do believe she was training. Then a different person , this time a guy, waited at our table. He was fast, professional, super nice, and helped with anything. The food took so long to get to us. My fiance ordered a steak and shrimp fajita combo and when I tell you the shrimp were ice cold. 🤮 We were both highly confused and to why he had very cold shrimp but piping hot steak pieces.... My smokehouse order house came, the sausage wasn't cut up, which isn't a big deal but they forgot to make and bring the BBQ pulled pork quesadillas that go with it, so we had to wait for those but go them to go because we were there for hours waiting on everyone to get their meals. It WAS NOT busy at all. Besides us, there were about 4 other tables that had people. Very slow night, hardly any people there. So we don't understand why it took as long as it didn't for our meals. Also perplexing was the fact that waitresses were standing around talking or grouping together at ONE table to put together silverware..... It takes two max on a slow night, also there's a time and place to sit around and talk etc. You're at work to do your JOB. This was our first and likely last time coming to...
