I ordered a pizza and a 16 piece wing. I did not receive the amount of wings ordered. On the night of the incident, our food took over 2hrs to be delivered, so instead of opting to have a new batch delivered—as was offered—I was told that I would be receiving a $15 credit to my account to compensate and that it would be attached to my phone number. I called to place an order, and was put through to—who I was told was the manager, although she denied it later—Summer. I was told that there is not a credit attached to the account and that she “would not be adding a credit because of an order from 4 days ago.” With her very condescending and rude tone, she also told me that she would not be looking at the order to see who handled the order. She told me that I could not speak with a manager, and would not give me a corporate number to reach out for a manager. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. Summer is absolutely terrible. If she is the manager, she shouldn’t be. If she isn’t she should definitely be trained how to properly handle a situation. Read moreHonestly, what did not go wrong! I called the store after an hour of waiting only to find out, that my order was supposedly already delivered. I told them that it wasn't possible because we did not receive anything. I was put on a 3-minute hold so the lady on the phone can talk to the delivery driver. They informed me that the driver left the pizza on the doorstep even though it wasn't a contactless delivery. I then informed them MULTIPLE TIMES that they delivered to the wrong house because I did not in fact receive anything. They told me that it would be 20-30 minutes before they could deliver me the new order. The delivery person came and only brought half of my order. After the delivery person saw my order confirmation they called the store only to be on hold for like 5-10 minutes. After finally speaking to the manager my delivery driver told me that the people at the store were under the impression that I received half my order and that they were only delivering the rest of the order that was supposedly "missing."Even though I informed the store that my order was delivered to the wrong address MULTIPLE TIMES! We have ordered delivery from the hwy 16 Dominoes since they opened several YEARS ago and have never had reason to complain. The only time that we would have had reason to complain was June of 2015. A severe thunderstorm system had just passed over the Walker/Watson area and the store had suffered electrical damage due to a lightning strike . The store was in total chaos, mainly due to a woman that was trying to get her order for free since she had to wait for the power to be restored (as if Dominoes was personally responsible for God sending that thunderstorm and delaying her family getting their pizza), but the manager and the other workers were so calm, so polite even tho half the store had power and the other half did not and people were coming in by the dozen asking about their orders, the staff was amazing. So, even then I could not complain about the service because the staff handled such a crazy sitch with total calm and respect for even the rudest of customers. So, hats off to Dominoes on hwy 16!
