I’ve been eating at Gilbert’s for the last 4 years; Their food is awesome and made with love, but More importantly is the customer service they have consistently provided over the years. If something on your order is wrong, they will fix it and not bat an Eye and I’ve never met more selfless people in my life.When one of our shop’s clients passed away, Gilbert’s provided Pizza for our shop while the soldiers family and brand new wife was in town getting memorial tattoos. When you walk into the restaurant, you already feel like part of the family and that’s the way it should be. I just heard they had to discontinue their chicken wings due to the rising prices of chicken amidst this pandemic we’re facing. If you’ve never had their chicken wings, they really are something special. I know a lot of people are hesitant to dine out, but our local businesses and restaurants need our support now more than ever. Chicken wings or not, Gilbert’s will always have my business. So many businesses have been forced to close due to the pandemic and hurricanes, so Leesville is very fortunate to still have this gem. I ordered today and Jaime delivered it to me way sooner than I expected, she was super sweet and very courteous; I look forward to ordering again very soon:) #Savethewings...

Wow!!! The owner is something else.

10 months ago Horrible! Pizza is thin and under cooked, even after two attempts at it. The manager did refund the money, no questions asked.

3 months ago I Brought my team in for a luncheon. The food was good. Service was great!

Tonight 12 Sept 19 I order a pizza for myself (pickup). I get there and wouldn't you know it, my pizza wasnt there. The cashier (leaving names out) tells me that owner told her to have me pickup the pizza in Deridder (30 miles or so out of the way). I'm thinking what did I do to these people. Nothing! My wife worked next door at Deigos, who is also the owner of Gilbert's. She had to leave that job because the owner was with holding tips from his employees. Definitely the wrong reason to be fired by an employer. None of which did I have a part of. Needless to say, he's holding a grudge against me for something I didnt even do. The staff did remake my pizza and gave it to me for free. Thank you! That doesnt make things right though. Eventually we will...

This place exceeded expectation. I brought my father in law who was visiting from Portland here with my three girls for pizza. I can't have dairy and was so happy that they serve sandwiches aswell as salads. My girls said the pizza was good and we all loved the butter bread bites. They make the sauce and dough in house and both were delicious. My po'boy was so good- i would pick this over subway or any sandwhich place around here any day hands down. Customer service was impeccable. Even though we came in 30 minutes before closing the staff welcomed us. We were not rushed to eat or leave as soon as we were finished. The owner, grant, spoke with us more than once to see if we liked the food and to see if we needed anything. He was also kind enough to ask about us and offer information about the area since we are new here. Wonderful experience over all and we will be back regularly for our pizza and...
