About all I can say is that the service definitely needs working on. My wife and I walked in and placed our order. There were no other customers in the restaurant , were the only ones. We had been sitting there for about 10-15 minutes just us. In walks a couple. They place their order and sits down. In walked 2 ladies. They place their order and went back to their vehicle. At this time, we still have not gotten our order. The girl working the counter goes to the kitchen and brings out a order. She had 2 bags and gave it to the couple who had came in behind us. The couple walks out with their food. Still have not gotten our food. Then, the girl goes back to the kitchen and brings 2 more bags and takes the bags she has in her hands and takes them to the car where the 2 ladies were waiting. Still have gotten our food. By this time I was furious. The girl saw I was furious. She then said your order is next. All we ordered was some shrimp fried rice. The people who came in after us ordered full meals. All I'm saying is that from the time we placed our order we should have been in and out with in 10 minutes. As it was, it turned out that we were there for 25-30 minutes. We should have been long gone before these other customers got...
Read moreFirst time eating here and was not impressed! We usually order from Hana but we didn’t feel like driving to Alex. First off I ordered over $60 worth of food and I get home and they didn’t give me all my food. We ordered Hibachi teriyaki shrimp with fried rice and a sided of lo mein noodles. The shrimp where so small and had no flavor. The fried rice also had so flavor and nothing in them. Usually fried rice has peas, some color and eggs in it, this did not. I took one bite of the lo mein and spit it out. Also we ordered shrimp fried rice. My husband said it tasted like plain rice with shrimp. I called them to tell them I did not get all of my food. They said I could get it the next time I ordered. Unfortunately I will not be ordering there again. I hate I wasted $60 on such tasteless food. Next time I will drive to Alexandria when I want...
