Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

Usually I have no problems with this subway, however I pulled in tonight at 820, the sign said they didn't close until 900 so I went ahead and walked in they were breaking down the line already so I asked if they were closing up looking at my watch to double check the time. The lady working said they could still make a sandwich, the young guy working had an attitude from the start. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch protein bowl, I also asked if they were sure they didn't mind even though they didn't close till 9. (I know how it is to have someone come in last minute and didn't want to inconvenience anyone, but I also know when you work at a restaurant you don't break the line down until 15 minutes to closing time). So the guy asked what kind of cheese I wanted told him and he asked if I wanted the meat heat I said yes please. He dropped a lid on the floor and put it back on the food container. My bacon and cheese was just thrown on top of my food unchopped, he asked what veggies I wanted I told him lettuce, pickles, and purple onions. He grabbed a handful of black olives and put on top 🤢. I told myself I would just pick them out at home no biggie, however he kept the attitude while checking me out. Just poor customer service tonight, again usually I don't have this problem...

It's pretty decent...the reason I'm writing this review is because the last two times I've gone there the people were nice..However the first time a young lady was outside smoking and when she came in to fix my sandwich she did not sanitize or wash her hands..just put the gloves on and proceeded to fix my sandwich...the second time it was a young man..he did sanitize his hands However while putting his gloves on with his bear hand he's touching all over the glove he's putting on..then he rung my order up but he took one of his gloves off..proceeded to finish my sandwich with one hand and didn't put another glove on and wrapped my sandwich with both hands...with this experience I've decided not to continue my service there..overall I should have just asked them to wash their hands..but at the time I didn't..so to me if the employees are outside or anything of that nature handwashing should be...

This place is horrible I will never eat from here again they messed up my order horribly I ordered a meat ball with mozzarella and parmesan cheese sub. It didn't even have the right bread or any of the sauce it looked like they got a tablespoon of sauce and spread it with a butter knife. And when I called the store to get them to change they didn't ask me did I want a refund or another sandwich they processed to just make excuses of how they didn't need to do it and wouldn't do it. I then had to do their job and make my order right and put what was supposed to b eon it. I would give it no stars if it was a option. I will never eat here again this store needs better employees and...
