It's so bad they said they would give me a free pizza for messing up my order and I don't even want it.
I've been eating here at least 35 years. This is absolutely hands down the worst pizza I've had in at least 35 years. I'll never eat here again. They should be ashamed of how bad it is. I didn't think it was possible to ruin a jonnys pizza. R.I.P. Mr. Jonny. You will be missed. â¤
And IT WAS BURNT. Apparently this is a common problem seeing the other comments.
Edit- as for the comment from corporate below đ I will not be contacting you. It's clear by the other comments this is an ongoing issue. I am not the first. This store needs new management and the new management needs to be a manager from another location that doesn't have any issues with oversight from a regional manager for at least thirty days.
When customer calls in and says their pizza is burnt the proper response is not to tell them its not and it just comes that way.
Jonny's was founded here. The people here grew up eating this pizza. We have made this company grow to what it is. We remember Mr.Jonny when he was alive. We know what the pizza is supposed to be like.
I was appalled reading the comment where the customer was told its supposed to be that way. It's not.
That wasn't my only issue either. Not only was it burnt, it didn't have toppings. I paid for extra cheese which I never had to when Mr.Jonny was alive because every pizza had the exact right amount of cheese. There were places on the pizza where the bread was showing through. Even though I paid for extra. On top of all of that the order was wrong and the sales representative who took the order couldn't follow simple instructions. Such as not rattle off the toppings so fast the young ones could say which ones they didn't want. The pizza in the photo was supposed to be a large sweep the kitchen. It was a medium whatever it was with bread showing through and burnt.
If the manager had been an adequate manager this would never occur. Much less multiple times over an extended period of time.
It's important when hiring managers to hire someone with standards in cleanliness and product management.
It's also important that a crew member also double as a customer service representative. It's one thing to have an order that's inadequate and flat out wrong. It's another to have an unqualified crew member with no customer service experience make the situation worse.
This is an employment issue or a corporate issue. This is not a product issue. This cannot be rectified by an order...
Read moreBeen eating Johnnyâs for years and no other pizza chain in Monroe/West Monroe area. Iâm so disappointed that it isnât just certain locations with bad service and food, itâs pretty much all. This location is far out and we decided to get lunch here today. Told on the phone it would be ready in 25 minutes, that was not true. Get the pizza and itâs burned and the flip was burned and didnât even have sauce on it. When I went back to the window, the young female got defensive, said it isnât burned thatâs how they come. Correction: itâs my money and my food and if you canât tell a pizza has cheese on it then itâs burned in my eyes! I was offered a cup of pizza sauce for the flip. I let Johnnys have $14 of mine because it wasnât even worth being disrespected or having a employee refuse to make our visit better. I can definitely assure you, we are done...
Read moreLunch time for my coworkers. No one in the location was sociable. No hi, thank you for coming, have a nice day or anything. The Lady at the counter was not helpful at all. The pizza had a gourmet pizza Price with a buffet pizza taste, more like Ciciâs pizza. The pizza âdid not taste badâ it was just expensive for the overall taste. The overall look of the location was nice, spacious and modern. There was some debris on the tables and under tables from customers that weâre just not courteous enough to pick up the trash. Was not horrible but would have been one easy sweep for the employees. Overall I would return to this location but it would not be my...
