LIT Pizza has a great bar top and sit down environment for eating great custom ovens baked pizza. An identical venue to Blaze Pizza, it offers local beers and hopeful fresh ingredients.

Unfortunately this location will not do custom orders when ordering online and here is how I learned that. I ordered online and was very specific with the allergy and dietary needs for my family, especially on the salads. When I arrived to get my pick up order half of it was missing and they were like ‘nah your good that’s it’ and I told them I had three salads. They looked at my receipt and said,

‘Oh these are custom salads yeah we don’t do that.’ ‘Wha.. what?’ ‘Yeah we pre make all our salads so they’re premade.’ ‘So no one made my salad the way we need it?’ ‘No sorry they’re all pre made. I can pick out the stuff for you if you want.’ ‘I ordered salads from the customize your salad option because we have food allergies and instead of making it the way I need it to be made so I can eat it your telling me that you’ll pick out everything I can’t eat out of it?’ ‘Yeah sorry… sorry they’re all premade.’ ‘How does the chicken I ordered for my chicken salads get on them if they’re all premade?’ ‘Oh yeah…do you want me to put that on there for you.’ ‘Yes I would like chicken on my chicken salad. Thank you.’

I was already running late and this sent me over the edge. After hearing the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard I didn’t have the clarity or the time to get a refund. I did get my chicken on the...

The pizza here is always good. But there's a lot of high school kids and young adults working so they're not very customer service oriented and have little ability to think past making the pizza and ringing up the customer. For example, I went in to build my own pizza and I asked specific questions about a certain sauce that I saw because I hadn't seen it before. The only extra ingredient in the sauce was siracha. i said, Oh that sounds good. I'll try it. He never once mentioned that it would cost extra for this sauce. There was no signs posted either. When I got to the register , my pizza was $15+ ...for a small thin pizza. I don't get a bunch of toppings. I really just like their roasted garlic , onions and some meat. I said why are you charging me an extra $4.10? Because I saw it on the screen... and he said, well because of the sauce.... I wouldn't have got it Had I known it was gonna be 4 more dollars. He literally used a 1/2 a spoodle of sauce and charge me 4 more dollars. I know it's not his fault it's so expensive but there needs to be some kind of communication here. Where I work.I never would put something on a pizza without telling the customer is an extra charge. I ordered my pizza and calzone online because I was exhausted and wanted to grab and go to get home. I walked in to get the pizza and the calzone thought it was ready only to find out that the pizzas were ready and cold but no calzone. They made the calzone into a pizza so instead of grabbing and going I had to sit and wait for my calzone behind a ton of people ordering pizza…they are always very busy! The purpose of ordering online is to grab and go this wasn’t the case on the receipt it clearly stated Calzone. Then I grab the other two pizza that were waiting not even hot anymore no one offered to keep them warm while I waited this is a absolutely ridiculous! If you want hot pizza don’t order ahead online, Also If my kids weren’t waiting on pizza from Lit I would’ve gotten my money back! Pictures also of how my pizzas were thrown together.
