Little Lobsters Inc — Restaurant in Louisiana

I’ve gotten crawfish from here a total of 3 times since they’ve opened for the season. Twice on Fridays and once on a Thursday. The only time it tasted the way it did in the past was Thursday. My experience this last Friday has me writing this review. Crawfish is not cheap and I specifically asked for 3 pounds spicy and 3 mild. I also ordered shrimp. When I got to the window it was all bagged together. After asking the young man at the window about it and my extra sides, he simply stated that he did not know why it was that way or if the extra was in there and if we wanted to park he could check. The line was ridiculously long so waiting was not an option but what really got to me was the fact he did not seem to care. The crawfish was cooked inconsistently. Some were over done. I was also told that some of shrimp was undercooked as well by the person who ate it. And my sides were not there. I spent $77 dollars on something I couldn’t even enjoy. I’ve supported this business since it’s first opened but the quality of business that’s being provided is going down and I don’t have...

It’s been awhile since we’ve picked up crawfish but this company is A1. We don’t go anywhere else! We picked up two sacks and one of the sacks ended up having about half the sack dead. We called and spoke to the boss and he immediately made it right! He offered us another sack to cover it, completely free. (We did bring back the half of sack with the dead crawfish to him for proof, which is definitely understandable!) They are always beautiful crawfish and big! Never had trouble with them cooking or being small or really anything! This is a damn great business!! The man we spoke to who helped us fix the situation was very kind and understanding! He didn’t make excuses or anything! I will forever be a customer here and can’t wait to pick up a few more sacks in the next coming days and months! Last year was my first time trying their crawfish and it was pretty decent but i don't know who's boiling them this year because there is no flavor whatsoever and it's completely over cooked everytime I've bought some this year. I just bought 15lbs yesterday and u couldn't even get the meat out the tail cause it was stuck to the shell from being over cooked not to mention it was VERY dry and rubbery.. NO JUICE, NO FLAVOR, AND NO MEAT BY THE TIME YOU FINISH PEELING IT.. $80 wasted because we definitely threw it in the trash. There was no point in trying to eat it.
