Rent-A-Center — Local services in New Iberia

This is the worst rent a center i have ever dealt with i have started my rental 3 days ago and was told the first day i rented it would not come until between 2-4 the following day thats fine well the following day it never came to the house i call up talk to mr craig and he tells me that they cant deliver cuz of rain like really you drive enclosed box trucks wow laziness. Then the second thing it stops raining and i call him back and he says well it wont be deliveres til tommorrow like really so i had to come down there with my truck using my gas and wear and tear on my vehicle to get my couch i also rented a washer and dryer it would not fit on my truck so he said he would deliver it the following day and yet again never showed up i called he said he was never told to deliver it by mr craig so the guy working there at never delivered it now were on to the third day and i still have not received my washer and dryer i have filed 3 complaints with corporate and they say oh the district manager will call thats all a lie still have not got a call this place is not manageed well at. All all i want is my washer and dryer and still nothing so hopefully this will...

Very unprofessional people! We had to wait for days for our delivery that was promised the next day. When they did finally deliver our things they missing 2 of our items and said there was no record of us ordering them only to find out someone just didnt put them in the truck along with everything else. Not to mention when they unloaded our things they literally put the cushions of our couch and loveseat on the ground (it had been raining all day btw) so i ended up having to clean our cushions. I wish I would've read the reviews for this location. Yes they are very unprofessional not only that but the manager Craig has an attitude very time he calls or I call there about the item that I'm renting. Not only that but they changed my payment date on me act like they don't know how it got changed. And when I went in the store I had to wait for someone to come to the front to help me.
