Burger King — Restaurant in New Iberia

After bad experience with other bk and telling other bk I was coming to this one, don't know if manager of other one called this one because they were very rude just like the last one. Arrived at this one 20 minutes later from leaving the other bk and they tell me it's going to be very long wait. I said no prob. I then asked, may I asked why their is going to be a long wait (I'm the only customer around). Lady said, I told you its because the cash registers are down. I told her, no ma'am, you didn't. You just said that it was going to a long delay but I do appreciate you telling me the reason for the long delay. Had the worst experience. There were no cars in front of me but I still had to move my car back from the window so they could fix my food, than when I received my food the lady gave me my food with an attitude. I arrived home and I was missing my 10pc nuggets so I called and told the lady on the phone that they had forgot my nuggets and she spoke with an attitude telling me that I could come get it tonight and I told her that I lived too far so can I pick it up tomorrow and she hung up in my face. Ordered they didn’t have what I wanted after I paid. Asked for a return. After they had given me the large cup I said to refund it and I put the cut I had already handled. Carried with me to the soda machine and was about to fill on the counter. The woman behind the counter grabbed the cup and placed it back to be used again. I had to tell them that it was a used cup and that was disgusting. Only then did they remove the cup from the stack to be used. I could not imagine if I hadn’t said something.
