Los Panchos Mexican Food Restaurant — Restaurant in Louisiana

The food here is great and at an amazing prize. The tacos are full of flavor and so are the enchiladas. The guys in the kitchen are doing a great job. But the servers are horrible. From the rude welcome to the 30-40 minute wait before they greet you to take your drink order(they are on their phone none stop), and you’re only 1 out of 2 tables in there. I had to get. They never came to the table to get my food order. I had to come up and order at the front after 45 minutes of waiting after they brought my drink.(1 hour and 20 minutes at this point from when I came in. Then the food order was placed it must have been done very quickly because by the time I had to go to the front again to pick it up(when they are supposed to bring it to you) it was cold. They never brought it to the table. Maybe I just misunderstood the service style here. Is this a food truck in a building? Sorry to give such a bad review when the food is so good. But I’ve seen many businesses close down do to bad employees. I will say though props to the people in the kitchen they are doing great things back there. Starters, slow shift and still got a waitress glued to her phone. She was on her phone before my order was put in. I watched her behind the counter. First we went for daiquiris. She told us machine was down. Second my food was wrong. I got nachos. Only meat and cheese. She brings me a plate with about 10 chips with cheese ONLY DRIZZLED ON TOP. For as much as the nachos are priced, I would’ve ordered chips and queso if that was what I wanted. Third once the order was wrong she brought back the right order with mushy microwaved ground meat. That and potato’s in it. It didn’t have meat consistency. It was watery and without any taste. As soon AS she went to put it down I seen it and asked to switch meals since it was untouched. CONSIDERING everything. She said no. Set it down and did not come back to check on us. I was getting shots. Prior to the food she didn’t check on drinks either. I have been here serval times and NEVER had bad customer service. Just left and Mercy M was my server and she NEVER checked on me so see if the food was good or if I needed anything. When I was getting ready to pay, I told her that she had bad customer service skills because she never checked on me and she rolled her eyes at me. I asked her name and she looked at me and said nothing. I asked the other employee her name and she looked at Mercy and didn't say anything. I asked for the manager and was told she is gone. So I took a picture or the receipt and than her and she gone say don't take a picture of me you stupid bitxh. The cook started looking and I asked him where was the manager. I proceed to tell him what happened and how she called me a stupid bitxh and he apologized and gave me a card to call the manager. I got her name from the receipt, but I'm going back to talk to the manager in person...
