Wait for that only to find out that they can't mix it in... So we are going to dump graham cracker and sprinkles on top of a damn cup to small for the ice cream and sell it at normal over priced amount without it being mixed.

What in the "McDonald's, sorry our fluffy machine is down and we don't have lids, kinda stuff is this?"

Seriously, at least upsize your cup size to to accommodate the inevitable mess you're forcing your customers to risk taking into their cars.

Bruh... I just wanted marble slab, not Mc Donalds. Remember folks, it's not a mean review. It's how I feel when someone decides to deny service because they are lazy. If I could make my snack and clean up myself I would have, believe me.

8/3 - This is the first time out of many that I came in the last 30 minutes of business that this has happened. When you work at neighboring restaurants, it's hard to get in earlier because you are working. I feel I was done dirty because someone wanted to be lazy.

I come in at 9:40pm. Y'all close at 10pm. White heavier set girl working. (In case someone wants to fix the issue)

Them: "Can I help you". Me: "Yes, I'd like to get some ice cream." T:"We can't do mix-ins" M:"Why is that?" T:"Because we have closed the bar". M:"Ok..." T:"I'm sorry about that". M:"I don't think you are". I walked out.

I would like to point out that the "Mix-ins" are built into the price. So if you are open til 10pm, but take away the perks after a certain time, you should post that on your wall so we cannot waste each other's time.

Sincerely, someone who has no business spending money on overpriced ice cream, yet has easily spent a hundred in the past couple of months with y'all.

It's ok, I'll try again 1 more time. If the same thing happens, I'll just spend my money on a shake from somewhere else on the other side of the bridge when...

1/24/25 finally, the slab is fixed, but your workers still skimp on the topping and mix it like they have 80 year old wrists.

Still the worst "Marble Slab" I've been to yet. Work on it, cause I want to like y'all!

And the cookies are like $4 each.

You got overpriced ice cream and can't even mix it which is why people pay so much for it.
