After meeting with the GM, had her repeatedly tell me that I'm the problem for not coming to find her when her team was an issue. I did ask her team who the manager was and when they work as well as called several times, but her team doesn't like to help people get in touch with her.
Couldn't imagine why.
I've decided to stop spending money with y'all and have not done so since. Only hundreds lost for yall, but in my experience, 1 voice can make a difference.
Btw, your team is still smoking weed out back while on the clock. You should look into that like I informed you of the first time.

I would LOVE to talk to the owners or corporate about this location. Lots to discuss. :) Going to your customers place of business to ask for him instead of using the email and phone numbers provided is highly unattractive way to handle customer service.
I will continue to reflect all actions taken by this establishment, especially if it's in a manner that their employer/franchise may not approve of.
Together we can work together to improve the service of this establishment so I may enjoy my wonderful smoothies again someday. :)
I can show a transaction history of thousands of dollars in Smoothie King. I know how my smoothie should be, and even have a video of how the smoothie should look when I receive it. Most of the team here make the Hulk so horribly that most of us who work near by are troubled. We literally have to come look and see who is working to see if it's worth taking out chances on getting a smoothie. They make them so runny that it's no longer a frozen beverage, or it's so icy that it's got chunks in it. This team needs retraining.
I bought 4 smoothies for my team next store and everyone didn't finish them because of how horrible they were.
Today was too much. I'm done. I mentioned that it was icy and she told me it was made "Extra thick" (whatever that means). Then she made another that was bubbling up from how runny it was. (Looked like you blew bubbles in your chocolate milk and was almost the same consistency.)
Threw them away. I didn't ask or say anything about the second one. I decided to type this in your lobby. They brought me a third one without me asking, that looked as bad as the first one. I declined to taste. Tired of wasting money. About $50 in the hold on bad smoothies. Fruit flies are getting out of hand at the store. Go sit in the lobby with a smoothie and find out for yourself.
How many is too many? Is there an acceptable amount for your establishments?
Last two times I came in they made the hulf perfect. If only the guys could run the business like the ladies on day shift.
Shout out to the 3 ladies working. At least my smoothie is right now. Walked in, 2 employees in the store. one busy making smoothies while catching window. Second dude looks at me, walks past me with chips in his hand and says to the guys who's working, "I'm going to the dollar store."
So I stood here while the one guy ignored me but was working non-stop on the 1 car in drivethru. Second guy makes it back from the dollar store and still said nothing.
The guy working his butt off finally tried to get my attention after all of his stuff was caught up. Decided I didn't need to spend money with y'all today.

Shortly after a black Mercedes pulled up behind us (black male inside). No one would answer at the drive thru. My husband and I then drove to the front to see if anyone was in the store the lights was cut off. I then walked out of my vehicle to see what time this store closed. On the door it stated that the store closed at 9:00pm. A black female dark skin appeared to be missing a front tooth with a dark complexion was inside of the store mopping. When she saw me she then turned on the lights. I asked her while I was at the door was they closed she replied "the lobby was closed." My husband and I then went back to the drive thru to attempt to place an order. She didn't answer a second time. Shortly after the car that was behind us came to the door. The guy in the car appeared as if he knew the female that was inside because she then unlocked the lobby and talked to him briefly. My husband then asked the female why she refused to take our order in the drive thru the female did not respond. She literally ignored my husband. She continued to talk to the black male who was driving the Mercedes telling him to go back to the drive thru. She then took his order but refused to take ours which was very unprofessional. I also have video footage of this unprofessional awful service from this location. Another black female with a lighter complexion with red hair was inside the store as well. Read more09.02.22- Purchased a smoothie this morning. Had them to add frozen yougurt. Smoothie had great taste but was very watery. Smoothies are supposed to be thick and creamy not watery. Smoothie Kings are just too inconsistent. The employees all need training on how to properly prepare smoothies.
Had the best smoothie I have ever had from this location on this morning. The purchase was made between 9:30-10Am .
