I hate coming to this store. The only reason I do is because it's the only one on my way to work by my apartment, otherwise I wouldn't bother. On one occasion I paid at the drive-thru and pull up, only to have them not find my order. So I had to pull up and wait 10 minutes for them to remake my easy, three item order (including a drink). It was a good thing I had had the receipt to prove I'd ordered. On another occasion - drive-thru again - on an early morning, I was the only car present. I paid and pulled up... only to have no one come to the window. I waited for six or more minutes and had turned away to look for something in my purse. I turn back and the girl is just standing there with my bag. She didn't try to get my attention, didn't say anything to me. This morning, my boyfriend and I went inside and ordered. We pay and wait for over 10 minutes to get food, and the only other customer had ordered one thing through the drive-thru. No employee talked to us outside of taking our order and telling us that they didn't have the grits my boyfriend ordered, so we had to change it. For our long wait, we got... one hash brown extra? Then my boyfriend's biscuit was over an hour old and not fresh or good (and he currently is a manager at a much better McDonald's, so he knows). As we were leaving we had to walk around those same employees to get to our vehicles, and they didn't budge or move. I will no longer be coming to this store and will instead be going to the one nearest my job. (They're lucky they didn't give us a receipt so I could send this to corporate. Read moreWaited in the to-go order lane behind 3 other cars on October 1st, 2021 around 5:00 p.m. It took 10 minutes before anyone took anyone’s order. I finally gave up…as several others did…and pulled around to the payment window only to find no one there. Then, I pulled up to the pickup window and no one was there either. I didn’t see anyone at all inside. As I was driving off, I noticed several employees standing outside. I stopped and asked if they were closed as many of us had waited at least 10 minutes in an attempt to place a to-go order. They laughed and one kid snidely remarked that they were on break. Absolutely worst McDonald’s service ever. If I could give them no stars I would. I called and asked for the manager. The girl who answered said she was the manager. I told her of the incident and she defended the guy taking orders saying that she was “pretty sure” he told the people at the drive up to wait a second. I explained that we had sat there for 10 minutes behind another car that had been waiting the same amount of time. I then asked for her store number so I could complain to corporate. She said that she wasn’t sure what her store number was. What a joke. If she’s management material, McDonalds has lowered the bar to absolute ground level. Read moreI really wish I could rate 0 stars. I just waited for 34 minutes at the speaker, nobody came over the speaker to take my order. Were they busy? By the looks of it, NO. I saw 6 cars leave the drive through. Eventually I pulled up to the window (no one told me to, but I had been waiting for 34 minutes) I got to the window, I was immediately greeted. I told them I ordered through the app. Then 5 workers came to the window. The lady that was there asked me when I placed the order, which was around 40 minutes at this point, she then told me they are only doing fried products at the moment. So I just waited 34 minutes + time at the window just to be told they are only doing fried products. I do not know what was going on or if the system was down. They certainly weren’t short staffed with 6 workers doing nothing and hanging out by the window. If they would’ve at least told us “hey our system is down, and we are only doing fried products” it would have been okay but I sat in line for 34 minutes to be told that only fried foods were available.
